Highly doubt they'll allow this to get published, but i bought a ticket to a show that was falsely advertised. They said it was a floor GA ticket, i purchased a floor GA ticket. And when i received the ticket, it was for the 2nd row on the floor behind the GA, 200 feet away from the stage. Not general admission at all. Was not what i purchased, was totally lied to. The ticket was totally misrepresented. Customer service did nothing and said "all sales are final, sorry." so i bought another ticket on st|_|b hûb. Don't ever use this ticket service. Buy using one of the many sites, ones who represent the tickets properly and don't lie to you. Had lots of success with a particular "seat nerd". You can't trust this site at all. Take your hard earned money somewhere else, unless you're happy with a ticket in a section that you didn't purchase.

I didn't receive my confirmation email from the seller and called customer service and within minutes receive email with a link to my tickets. My only disappointment was after making my purchase I was offered a $10.00 off promo but since I already made my purchase I was unable to redeem it. Iwas told by customer service that it was for first time buyers only which I was, other than that I will absolutely use Tick Pick again.
