But once it came time to accept/redeem tickets, the link sent me to the Toronto Raptors Ticketmaster portal, along with someone that sent me Toronto Raptors tickets. The first was a legitimate email, and the second appeared to be a suspicious email. The strange part was that both emails came at the exact same time. I gave this review a two-star, because Tickpick customer service responded in a timely manner, and helped to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the time spent locating the tickets was excessive. The tickets went to another and separate Toronto FC Ticketmaster, for which I had no clue that this portal existed. Stranger was how the tickets went to a separate email address (different from the email address I used to create a Tickpick account). Frustrating experience overall. It was a good thing that I ensured the tickets were ready to go before the event, as it had taken 2 days to get this resolved.

We had an unexpected weather event, and this team was Johnny on the spot alerting us to our options and such. We were offered a partial refund for an abbreviated tailgate (which we opted for) or a full refund if we wanted to cancel. The ONLY issue was the tailgate spot wasn't identified as to which tent number, so we wandered a bit before finding our spot. But it was a fantastic deal for the cost. We will absolutely look you up at our next visitor football trip! Can't recommend highly enough.

TickPick did not provide this though and so I have no complaints. My only critique would be the section mapping and exact seat location. I would prefer to see exactly where the seat number is in the section or possibly a better legend for the numbering of each section.
