Ordering and purchasing the tickets went well but I clicked the box- that had no indication that there was a cost involved- for the insurance and I was charged $29 separately for it. If there is going to be a cost the price should be mentioned at the spot when you click the box- not in an email later. That is bad customer service and pretty scammy.
