Too many emails to get tickets

I've received about 4 emails stating 8 need to confirm my ticket purchase with a confirmation code, but it doesn't say where to confirm. There is no link and ask the emails are confusing to the point I have no idea if my tickets are validated or not. Very frustrated!

Make sure you choose the right date

I clicked the wrong date when purchasing the tickets and called in right away to change it 4 days in advance. I waited on the phone for a while and when i finally got through they told me theres nothing they can do and to call the ticket insurance company called Allianz. So I called them and waited, when i finally got through they told me theres nothing they can do and to send an email to their team. When i did that it took them 3 business days to get back to me (the day before the event) and they also said there is nothing they can do. All in all make sure you check your dates when confirming your purchase cause they dont do anything to help you otherwise.

Just about as soon as I paid for the tickets they were emailed. I think I overpaid for them but to me it is worth the concert we want to go to. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5...

Ok to use, but didn't realize until after order was placed that I was utilizing a secondary market purchaser (my fault for not paying close attention), and there was no way to cancel order. Had searched for the venue website schedule, and this was the first site that came up. Could have ordered directly from venue for 1/2 the price.
