The process for ordering tickets was pretty straightforward except the graphics for seat select needs to be upgraded to allow a better view of where the seats are. Secondly the fee that you have added to the order was no where to be seen in the seat selection process and came as a rude surprise at the very end. This should not happen in a fair business process.

This web site is terrible. I will never use them again. Purchased tickets for The Winter Classic. Never got my tickets. They gave me alternates that were less expensive but I still had to pay the original price and had to go pick up the tickets myself. Spent hours on the phone with them to resolve all the issues and they wouldn't refund me. And there fee is very high. Never again.
I have never had a worse experience purchasing tickets. I bought them only to receive an email telling me they needed to speak with me regarding seating. Apparently they sold out of the tickets I had already purchased online and now only had poor seating options left at a higher price. It was ridiculous and unprofessional. We'll see if they actually refund my money as I don't see them as very honest or reliable. The reason they provided for the mishap was that their seating options weren't "real time." Excuse me?! If you can't sell your tickets with real time availability then don't sell them at all idiots. Stay away unless you want a giant hassle.

Ordered 4 tickets for College Football Championship. Spoke to TWO women on the phone prior to purchasing. BOTH told me the tickets are locked in and I would receive eTickets on January 4th, 2017. I then received TWO emails confirming price and that the tickets would be sent. I live in NJ and made travel and lodging arrangements to Atlanta, Ga. Where the game will be on January 8th.
6 hours later I received an email stating that there was an error and I would not get tickets. I called and spoke to one woman and then supervisor, Jeanette. I was told that a "NEW" employee listed them by mistake. I asked if they would resolve it with other tickets, since I paid for airfare and lodging. I was told no and that I could go on-line and try and purchase other tickets. At this point UGA won the play-off game, are playing in Georgia for the Championship, tickets skyrocketed and I'm out my money for accommodations. In closing supervisor Jeanette suggested I try and get a refund from the airline! I spent 35 years in NJ law enforcement retiring as a chief and sheriff, this is the first time I've ever fallen for such a SCAM. After all those years dealing with criminals and these bad guys "Tickets.Experts.com" got me.
