It's so convenient to buy tickets on any fest wherever you are. Actually, nowadays it's of course preferable to buy everything from home, because of harsh lockdown and dangerous disease, anyway there are some people who go to offline stores and buy everything they want. I'm for social liability and I understand that it's very dangerous to go somewhere because I easily can be infected or accidentally infect someone. So, I acquire tickets on the fest due to this service, stayed at home. I want to thank this company because it offers great conditions in such tough times.
I purchased two Adele tickets from this site. It was too be 30 years anniversary present to wife. We have never brought something for ourselves like this. Show canceled and now 6 months later, i cannot get any of my money back - over $5000, which to my family is very painful. I have sent emails and waited on phone for hours. Noone picks up or gets back to me - YOU BASICALLY HAVE STOLEN $5000 FROM ME -HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We had good seats three rows from the front off to the side, & was unable to hear - echo horribly about 3/4 of the people in our section couldn't make out was he was saying- they moved us to the very back in the middle so we could understand what he was saying. ( so much for paying extra for good seats!)
The preshows were cancelled due to thunderstorms, which I was glad for because we just wanted Coldplay to get on stage, but it took them an hour too long to do so, in my opinion, after the thunderstorms stopped. Also, I was very disappointed they did not use the huge stadium screen on the other side of the field. Oh, and my wrist band never lit up even though I took the tab out - that was very disappointing. I'm glad they used the wrist bands though, they make things more fun and colorful, I think they could have used them for more of the songs though. Man, my review seems depressing, I just want to be honest, but I really did enjoy the show! I do believe they should refund a percentage of everyone's tickets though.
It was great but the music was not loud enough at all, we could hear ourselves sing and it made for poor reactions in the crowd. For being a small venue it should be loud and energetic and it was the opposite. Really a let down.
Too small to sit, too close to another person's sit, not comfortable, too hot inside, hard breath inside, and water bottle is taste so awfully even $5.00!
When I downloaded the tickets, they were the wrong tickets
Ordering the tickets was easy, but the experience I thought I would receive for close to front row seats was awful. I bought close to first row seats on the bottom level for the Ed Sheeran concert for my fiance's birthday. I opted not to do floor seating, since I figured we would have a better view of the stage from there. I could not have been more wrong. Right next to our seats was an entrance to the floor seating, so we had a great front row view of the back of everyone's head for the entire concert. When there was not a line, we got to enjoy staring at the security personnel who insisted on standing directly in front of our view of the stage. I am glad we could hear the concert, because 75% of it was spent in furious dismay waiting for people to take their seats. I wish I could get a full refund so I could have given my fiance something half as decent for her birthday. I worked very hard to save for decent tickets, and was embarrassed and displeased with the outcome. 2 stars for ease of ordering.
For the people who choose to book online last minute, you need to be very clear for last minutes place and location to pickup tickets. I went to the theater box office, and they could not find me. And they were not interested in helping in any way (customer service wise) because the tickets had been purchased from Ticket Liquidator and not their box office. I went into a panic, this because it was only 15 minutes before show time. In fact, because of all the hustling done to find place to pickup my tickets, I missed the opening number of the show "Hamilton." Ticket Liquidator needs to highlight pickup location better, and I would say even give party a call to reiterate location so panic and missed show is not experienced going forward.
Bought tickets for 8 pm blue man show, when we got to box office it downloaded as a 5pm ticket. I have a picture of 8 pm tix
We are sorry about your ticketing issue. We have reached out privately regarding this concern.
You have the slowest bartenders in the world or just not enough of them. It took us 1 hour to get them at 2 drinks per person waiting in the heat. By the time we got to our seats you spill half of the $10.00 small drinks. Cameo's performance was so poor people were walking out during their performance after they waited all day for them. I probably will not ever go to the
Anaheim Convention Center again too long of a walk for parking that you pay high dollar for and is not even valet. The rest of the performers were great it's the venue I was disatisfied with.
Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the venue's service! However, we truly hope you enjoyed the event.
Concert great. Redeeming tickets terrible. Had to run all over Nashville to find someone to print them. Then got caught in the rain. What happened to will call
Sorry the delivery process was difficult for you. The delivery methods are detailed when you first select the tickets you're interested in. If will call is your preferred method of delivery, you can always select tickets that offer that as a delivery method. I hope it's easier for you next time.
The tickets I purchased were emerald and 4 tickets together. I was not notified that they would be split. And that wasn't the worst part. The seats were in the wheel chair section and were not easily located by any of the ushers that helped us. The concert was going on for about 45 min before they could find the seats. Both sets of 2 in 2 different wheel chair sections. We had to go to the level where the suites were to get to our seats. But we weren't allowed to walk on that level because we didn't have tickets for a suite nor where we handicap. So they had to get a manager and a police guard to escort us to our folding metal chairs in each of our separate sections. Missing half of the concert while straightening this mess out. Besides missing so much of the concert. It was embarrassing having to be escorted through the suite section. The ticket sellers should be specific when selling such seats. I paid over $1400 for 4 tickets in what I thought was a great area, for a surprise birthday present for my husband. We all got a surprise alright!
Felt like we were tricked. Bought lawn seats for this concert and paid over $100. The entire arena was mobbed. We could not get a seat on the lawn and had to stand most of the time with security constantly telling us to move and clear a path for people to walk. Where the heck were we supposed to go? There was no room to move. If we did move, we wouldn't get to see the performance. It was ridiculous, we ended up leaving early. Very disappointed with our first experience to the PNC center.
We are very sorry with your unhappiness with the venue and how the lawn was set up. We hope you are able to see Joan and the crew at another venue!
Planned, prepared, saved up, kept the days open from work and other activities and then a few months out I received a phone call that they had over sold the tickets. That isn't my fault. So my tickets were refunded and they gave no help in obtaining any other tickets. I don't understand the greed process! I will avoid using this process again.
Won't use this again your handling prices sucks, what else can I say. And I won't use this again, it sucks, sucks
Sorry if the fees feel high, but those fees are standard to the ticket resale industry and they help to cover the costs of providing great customer service and creating a strong and reliable experience in the secondary ticket market. Thanks for your review!
Locating the seats was cumbersome and imprecise. Extremely high priced fees. Complete rip-off.
Other services are cheaper and going to pick up tix at will call even cheaper
Thank you for the feedback on finding tickets on our site!
Service fees are a standard in the ticket resale industry and these fees go towards maintaining our website and customer service department so we can keep connecting customers with tickets to the events they want to see.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!
No problem ordering tickets. However was told tickets would be at one location for pick up but they were not there (35 min before showtime). Contacted customer service again and was then told they would be at the venue. Upon reaching theatre, I was told nothing under my name. As I was calling customer service again, the box office got confirmation of my purchase and was given a voucher to enter theatre (about 8 min before showtime). Experience was anxiety producing.
Vince Gill was awesome, he is a top notch performer. I just amazed at the rude people in the audience. A lady sitting next to me sang throughout the program. I didn't say anything but did it occur to her that I didn't pay good money to hear her sing? Then a guy sitting next to my husband plopped down in the seat, immediately got comfortable, spreading his legs apart, clapping as loud as he could... And then there's the Midland Theater, it's old and needs a remodel. Probably the last program we'll attend there.
We are so sorry you were unable to fully enjoy the experience with Vince Gill. Your situation can definitely cause unhappiness. We hope you are able to see Vince Gill in another venue!
I will be on vacation and wanted to take my wife to see Brad Paisley in Phoenix. The only way to buy the tickets was through Ticket Liquidators. Instead of being able to print the tickets right away, I have to wait until a date when I am not at home and receive an email to print them. This is very inconvenient and has me concerned if I will be able to find a place to login and print the tickets.
Sorry that delivery method was a bit inconvenient for you. The tickets have their own delivery methods, so for the next time if you'd like them delivered a different way, you can choose tickets that have a delivery method that's more convenient for you. I hope you manage to get your tickets printed alright.
I purchase concert tickets quite a bit and have never had a problem, until I used Ticket Liquidator. I paid an extra $20 to have concert tickets mailed to me, as I did not want the E-tickets. When I received the package - it had two E-tickets inside! I could have printed them off myself! I paid extra to have the real tickets sent to me. I will not used Ticket Liquidator again!
The bands sounded great, but you could tell they were not into it because the crowds were jerks! Talked the entire time. I was asked to sit down several times by a group of old white collar people that had no clue who the counting crows were! They even threw water at us! Really disappointed that I paid so Much for tickets and had this experience! We will not be back to chastain!
We purchased an overly-priced Bumpershoot ticket for our daughter about a month before the event. As fate would have it, the logistics (i. E., transportation, etc.) fell through at the last minute and she was unable to go. We were able to sell her ticket to another fair goer to recoup some of our losses, but he was denied entrance into the event. The rude fair staffers stated that the wrist band was tampered with and since it was sold by a 3rd party vendor there was nothing they could/would do.
Obviously, TicketLiquidator is not responsible for the unfortunate chain of events; however, we were disappointed to learn that venues can, and apparently do, discriminate fair goers that use alternative ticketing sources. It was all a waste of our time, energy, and resources trying to recoup any percentage of the loss during an already stressful time when all the logistics were falling apart.
We have reached out to you privately regarding this issue!
When I bought my tickets, they said they were meet and greet also. I was not given the credentials or the time the meet and greet occurred. My tickets said VIP1 but we could not get in to see Selena. My daughter is devistated. She had her makeup and hair done for the picture with Selena that was denied us even though I bought tickets that were suppose to be meet and greet.
I just check my confirmation email after I ordered tickets and it says in seller notes that it includes meet and greet the performer. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CREDENTIALS TO DO SUCH MEET AND GREET!
Was more than a little surprised to see the fees were so much. I probably won't be using this site again, unless it's my only option.
Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the fees. Those fees help us to cover the costs of providing great customer service, maintaining the technology that makes the purchase process smooth and easy, and in general, operating in the secondary ticket market. They are normal to the ticket resale industry. I hope you get a chance to shop around a bit and see how we compare for next time!
Was easy to use, but the additional $33+ fee is terrible. Wish I had waited and took my chances when tickets went on sale to public for event.
Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the fees. They help to cover the costs associated with any secondary ticket market. Glad the site was easy for you to navigate, though.
