Searching, finding, purchasing, and printing the tickets were a breeze. The concert was awesome. Seats were great; acoustics great, Melissa Etheridge was awesome (vocals and guitar playing as well as backing band were razor sharp; very crowd pleasing style- even paid homage to the Boss on his home turf) but set too short due to need to squeeze in two acts; Pat Benatar looked and sounded great, too; but
A little too much forced validation for her Husband's contributions to her Band (great guitar player but could have dealt with more classic hits and less self indulgent cover riffs of songs that had nothing to do with either of them).
Was really a great experience except for a group of about 10 drunk idiots (not kids by the way) who showed up trashed, screamed over the music and performer interactions and fell over and into fellow concert goers while uttering stream of obscenities. Maybe AC should impose a 5 drink maximum or something. Really
Ruined the experience for a bunch of people in the immediate vicinity of these idiots.
It was a wonderful concert and these are my 4th tickets from y'all and I'm for sure i will continue to buy my concert tickets, sport tickets. Im very happy to say that i tell my friends and family about ticket liquidator website if they are looking for any kind of tickets that y'all are the place..

I would not say this was against liquidator but it would of been nice to know from the seller that there was a blocked view or that tickets were under an overhang so view was not great. Couldn't see game well and had to look at TV screen under the hanging. Would of picked other seats had knowing this
Ordering the tickets was easy, but the experience I thought I would receive for close to front row seats was awful. I bought close to first row seats on the bottom level for the Ed Sheeran concert for my fiance's birthday. I opted not to do floor seating, since I figured we would have a better view of the stage from there. I could not have been more wrong. Right next to our seats was an entrance to the floor seating, so we had a great front row view of the back of everyone's head for the entire concert. When there was not a line, we got to enjoy staring at the security personnel who insisted on standing directly in front of our view of the stage. I am glad we could hear the concert, because 75% of it was spent in furious dismay waiting for people to take their seats. I wish I could get a full refund so I could have given my fiance something half as decent for her birthday. I worked very hard to save for decent tickets, and was embarrassed and displeased with the outcome. 2 stars for ease of ordering.
I knew I was on a secondary market and not happy about that but went thru and damn if the fee was ridiculous. I was going to call and try an get refund, but decided I just needed to do a better job next time.
The fact that there is a service fee which is actually 50% of my tickets is ridiculous. Takes two $50 tickets to a total order of $150. It's almost like I bought an entire 3rd ticket. Your rates are ridiculous and *

My seats were really good. The show was GREAT! I am thinking about catching the show a 2nd time. Steven Tyler sounded great. The stories were very entertaining. I could listen to him for days without a break. If you did not catch this show you missed out. The new band was also fantastic. They sounded great and had great voices.

The seating arrangement and set up for seating was lacking, only lettered not numbered, so drunk people fell over and would knock rows of chairs at a time. The sound was good, the show was good. But I would not pay the fave value of the ticket, $60, let alone the $100 re-sale price I DID PAY again, the section I paid for was also misrepresented in my opinion, I normally go to stub hub. Because of this experience i most likely will not use ticket liquidator again. I would have been fine withe seats and just moved to the side or to a different location but I had my 17 year old daughter and her friend to consider and keep and I on, which drastically took away from my enjoyment of the show.
I had an awesome experience with this company. I ordered two blocks of 4 tickets to the Packers pre-season home opener against the Cardinals at Lambeau Field. Since I was travelling to Wisconsin, I requested them to mail the tickets to my parents' house. They told me that in order to prevent any fraud, I was to fill out another form requesting the alternate delivery site and I had to send them a copy of my driver's license and front and back of my credit card. Too easy! Tickets arrived in plenty of time for the game. We had a blast! Thanks for looking out for any possible fraud with my credit card! I'll be back for sure!
It was and excellent ticket buying experience with a friendly, knowledgable staff who got the job done right the first time, I didn't have to repeat any of my information they got it right any and all questions I had were answered promptly
I won't use ticket liquidator again, because the fees were extraordinarily high. The ticket price was $296 and the fees were more than $70 -- that is more than 20%. Furthermore, the fees were sort of tagged on at the last minute and came as a complete surprise. Ticket Liquidator was not open about them at all. I will not use the site anymore.

Those fees are standard to the secondary ticket market. If you missed the details, those fees are displayed on the final confirmation screen before before the transaction is completed. A lot of money with extra fees at the end. The tickets were easy to get, but I'd have liked to have been able to see a chart where my seats are. Fees at the end added another $45 to each ticket which stinks!

I received the tickets a few days after the date that they were supposed to arrive; I was not notified of this and had to call in to see why they they were delayed. Other than that, the tickets arrived before the concert without any difficulty.

I bought tickets to a local MLB baseball game and the seats were reasonably priced and we got our tickets and used them with no problems. I was able to view the seats ahead of time and they were exactly what I was hoping for. It was a great experience!

I found the site, searched through what tickets they had available. The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than Stub Hub and other online places I checked. I have to say, I was skeptical at first. I had read some online reviews after I had purchased my tickets to the Twenty One Pilots concert. In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
