Tickets are fake. I bough tickets for Arsenal Monaco on August 3rd 2023 and I was not permitted to enter.

I visited your site in November last year. It was influential in my selection of Ticketgum for some football tickets.

I purchased Arsenal vs. West Ham tickets (28 Dec) in November 2023. I bought 4 tickets that were meant to be sitting together at Club Level. 2 of my children flew from Australia to see the game. When the tickets arrived inconveniently a few hours prior to the game it was apparent that there were only 3 Club level tickets and 1 ticket for the Upper Tier which has no access to Club Level facilities. My sons sat together and I sat in another block many rows behind them. My girlfriend didnt want to sit by herself in the Upper Tier and went home. When I complain they have the cheek to offer a GBP100 refund for delivering short on the tickets - WHICH THEY CHARGED ME GBP2,425.00 (all in cost of GBP606.25 per ticket incl booking fee). So much for their 100% guarantee which they proudly proclaim and is relied upon by other sites that compare ticket services 'independently'.

So they sell 4 Club tickets and deliver only 3 and then offer me £100 refund and a worthless voucher for a seat I didnt use. They misrepresented what they could deliver and then failed to even refund me the ticket that I didnt want and couldnt use. I will never use these guys again.

I am very disappointed with their service and lack of customer orientation. It's a scam to buy tickets as cheap as they can and underdeliver to customers just enough so they wont complain.

They don't offer 100% money back guarantee – that is bald faced lie. They offer only a partial refund for a (deliberate?) mistake they made at their own admission.

These guys are scam artists who try to get away with as little as possible when they underdeliver. Their guarantees are empty. Its a scam.

It took me awhile but finally I found a ticket website that is professional and reliable, very good service, fast and easy.

I'm not really a person that leaves negative reviews because I know how much it can harm a company, but this is my first. I had to post to save other people the trouble because this company is the worst I have dealt with.

Due to the pandemic, the Liverpool v Man City match was cancelled and I asked for a refund. Initially, I was told I will get no refund and can not get credit. After mentioning I will leave a negative review, they said they can offer full credit IF I sign an NDA where I don't leave a negative review.

Long story short, I contacted my bank to file a chargeback and I received a full refund. I urge everyone who is in the same situation as me to contact their bank and file for a chargeback. Don't let them offer you vouchers/slight refund as they can go bust any day and you will be left with nothing.

Do not buy from this website. If you look at the positive reviews, they are all fake. They are professional headshots taken from Shutterstock and hashed together with a review praising the site.

Please don't make the mistake I made. Yes the tickets are cheap, but the customer service is a joke when things go wrong. Give yourself the peace of mind and buy from a reputable seller.

Hello. I've bought two tickets for the Champions League Semifinals REAL MADRID vs JUVENTUS on April 24,2015. (paid with credit card, EUR 330 each one) The match will take place on May 13th. I received the confirmation by email. All seemed fine and very professional. On April 27th I tried to get in contact with Ticketgum for the first time. I wanted to know, when I would receive the tickets. I couldn't contact them by phone because there is no telephone-contact-information on their website. So I sent them an email to *******@ticketgum.com, *******@ticketgum.com and *******@ticketgum.com. After more than a week without having received an answer, I sent a second email. But they never replied or called back. Yesterday I wrote a third email. But NO REACTION UNTIL NOW. I already booked my flight and the hotel. It's also weird that there are still tickets to buy for this match on www.ticketgum.com (taking place in four days...). I really don't know what I should do... IS TICKETGUM IN FACT A FAKE? Are all these positive reviews on this site also FAKES? Please help!
