Thanks a lot for not wasting my money and giving me coupons! When the games were cancelled I thought I lost my tickets! But you guys always proof yourselves.

I hadnt used Ticketgum before and found it quite frustrating that there was no telephone number to contact customer service but got my tickets in good time and reasonable price considering.

I bought 4 tickets to the Arsenal vs Westham event on 9 AUG in the Emirates Stadium from ticketgum after reading alot of good reviews. I was afraid because i came with my wife and 2 childres and i did not want to seat separately. I had contact them asking that all 4 seats will be adjacent. They apprvoe and i had received 4 side by side in the block 113 (really reommend this block. Great view). They called me before shipping my tickets to verify the address and e mailed me the tracking. I promised the supprt team i will write this review if everything go smoothly, so here it is. Superb customer service. Thanks

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TICKETGUM

Just had the worst experience with these guys for a Premiership game. Based on my experience they will deliver tickets so late that you have no room for manoeuvre and will end up with tickets that are not as per those advertised. And at huge cost!

Customer services will offer little help and will hide behind their snakey T&Cs. Absolutely gutted that they have ruined an occasion we had looked forward to for months.

Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all cost!

I was happy how they treated me in covid-19 situation by giving me coupons and etc… My go to place for all my football tickets purchases. I can tell the good company when I see one. Keep smashing it.

I have reach ticketgum web site after a recommendation from a friend. I ordered from dnemark 2 tickets for the 11/5 arsenal vs swansea on april 26th. I have chosen the long side deluxe section (center long side) for 390 euros. I have recieved to my hotel 2 tickets side by side on section 113. The service was good. I had no problem with the delivery. They give a very personal care, a person named joe was in contact with me from the start until the day of the event.

I enjoyed the ease of the electronic method of scanning for entry, everything worked as advertised, in today's world that is rare to say the least!

I got a great seats at the center of the long-side, the tickets arrived several days before the match to the hotel where we spent. The price was ok, good enough for me.

The experience was smooth and everything went as expected and promised. Great website and service, will use this site again!
