Worst company I have ever seen. I wish I could give 0 stars. I am so upset with myself that I did not realize they were a third party before purchasing. Tickets cost me three times as much as those sold on official websites. Customer service is absolutely terrible and will not give refunds. Their solution is to "resale your tickets on social media." The tickets will have a different name on them than your own and apparently, there is no way to change the name since Ticket-Center.com does not actually own the tickets even though they sold them to you. The tickets will come with the name of whoever purchased them originally. And there is no way to prove that they have not sold the ticket multiple times to multiple people. No way of proving that your ticket will actually work until you get to the venue/event. There is nothing on their website that says the tickets will not be in your name either. Major misrepresentation of information.
I bought 2 tickets for Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the Ryman in Nashville. Could not download tickets site problems. The guy on the phone could not understand us and vise versa. Got into show 45 minutes after it started. Did not get the tickets I paid for. They resold them. The tickets they gave me were I. The very last row. Very last row and they say they upgraded my tickets. And they are a sponsor of the Ryman. The Ryman should cut ties with this company. I will spread the word everywhere. John Thompson Below is a picture of our two sets last row. An upgrade they say. Bull
I was charged $366.95 for two $65.00 tickets. RIDICULIOUS!
I will never use this service again. However, I enjoyed the concert.
My husband purchased two tickets to a concert. I wondered where the seat numbers were, so I called them. The recording said, "if you purchased a group of tickets, they will be side by side". When I spoke to the Gentleman, he said that the seller was filling the order and we would know our seat numbers when the seller was done with that process. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told him, "we paid our money, I want my seat numbers". He put me on hold to speak with his manager. When he came back onto the line he told me, "your tickets are general admission, you should get there early to get the best seats". I do not know how they can guarantee we will be seated together when they open the venue doors and it is a free for all for the seats. Nowhere on the reciept or on the ordering page did it say, "general admission".
You obviously pay immediately, however you receive your tickets at the very last moment before your event! Heaven forbid, life happens and your plans change! They leave you No time to sell your tickets, and this site doesn't help sell your tickets or refund! Be sure you can make any event or there's a very good chance you will get "stuck" with the tickets!
Do not ever buy tickets from this place. No exchanges. No Refunds and they don't release the tickets in time for you to resell them. I even bought insurance and I STILL can't return them. I totally got scammed.
I bought two tickets to a baseball game last Friday Milwaukee vs. Yankees and also paid for preffered parking $71, what a joke. 6 rows from the initail entrance about a mile away. Do not waste your money here!
I bought a parking pass for Truist Park in Atlanta. I paid $60 for the pass $15 handling. Paid total $75. They said the pass was front row. In fact, it was a parking deck. I could have paid $25 at the parking deck. I'm not normally so dumb…but they got me. These guys are Thieves.
I purchase tickets June 7,2022 for s game that's September 11,2022@1:00pm the biggest game in Atlanta. If I could give no stars I would. When ordering your tickets make sure it states Ticketmaster not Tickets center. This fraud company stated that they sent me tickets and not to use those and that they would send me another set. When I called to complain the English speaking rep transferred me to broken English John who claimed he was the Senior agent who was very rude and did not apologize for me not receiving my tickets. He gave me a number that was close for the weekend wow. John also told me that they had no refund department and he could not transfer me to no one else. After that unprofessional call I called back and guess who answered the same English guy who transferred me broken English John. He now transferred me to Angel who barely spoke English who was reading off of a monitor. Needless to say I have been bamboozled out of 283.00 and one of the biggest games in Atlanta. So I'm thinking the seller sold my tickets to the highest bidder.
SO AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM Tickets-center.com make sure you only order from Ticketmaster. Remember I warned you
This is a scam I guess I will be watching the game on TV.
My son bought tickets by accident. I called within minutes and was told "too bad." all of this for an event for which tickets were still available for 1/4 of the price. NEVER use this terrible service!
We ordered two tickets for Diana Ross at the MN State Fair. We ordered tickets on the ground level, but got tickets in the 3rd to the last row, way up in the grandstand of an outdoor venue. The tickets came by email, but were not in our name, but someone else's name. He apparently purchased 8 tickets (the limit) at $40/ticket and turned around and sold them for more than double. We were charged $219 for 2 tickets, which would have cost $80 if we bought them from the State Fair site. If you aren't careful when buying tickets from a legitimate source, you get redirected to this scam site where you can pay more than double the price. We are older and not tech savvy and have learned a lesson!
Definitely stay away from ticket centers! Huge scam! My daughter was on line looking for tickets to Garth Brooks and because their website doesn't say up front that it's a ticket reseller, my daughter paid. Then she was notified about being a reseller and she tried to cancel the transaction and was unable to. After reaching out to the company myself, I was told they don't give out any addresses in the United States and they are based in the Philippines. Complete scam! We'll stop payment but hopefully this warning helps others. This company should be shut down from doing business in the USA
I Purchased tickets for the show in a good section and months in advance. And I received tickets in the Nose Bleeds. For $250 Each?! I requested a refund or upgrade and was told no. Such horrible business practices. I was fooled and sold trash. I paid $566 for 2 $50 Tickets. I will be sure to write to the BBB and all that your tickets-center.com is a fraudulent company and is only out to steal your money. I hope your business dies.
Do not buy from this site ticket center they are a rip off paying 3 to 4 times what the tickets are actually worth I got on their site by accident, it will never happen again! Hopefully this helps other people from getting taken advantage of like I was.
Ticket center charges you double than the fair value of the ticket!
Do not buy on ticket center!
Well, I too am now a part of ticket center rip-off history. After reading all the reviews, I think I got off pretty easy. I purchased tickets to see Moulin Rouge at the Pantages in LA for about 110 dollars each through their site. I found out those same seats were available for 59 on the Pantages site shortly after... Of course I tried to cancel. After working my way through all the recorded parts of the messages I was able to speak to a real person. Yay! She, of course, was stationed overseas. In this case the Philippines. However, she was very nice and even pretended to try and ask her supervisor at one point if a refund could be issued. Of course, no refund could be issued but I had to try. About a week before the event we got the email to complete the ticket transaction. It was actually very easy and our tickets were legit Ticket Master tickets that worked just fine to get us into the show. So, in the end, we ended up overpaying about $100 through all this plus the stress of realizing you have been ripped off and wondering if the tickets will even work... I was at least grateful that everything worked out we still had an awesome time.
So I purchased tickets to a show off off the website for an event the very next day. When I got the ticket confirmation, the email indicated that I was confirmed for the following day, but when I downloaded the tickets, the tickets were dated for a show 4 months away. After 3 calls, several emails later, I was told the show had been rescheduled and I could go in December (vice July). I asked for my money back and I was told "no". When I asked to speak to a supervisor — the lady said "supervisors are not taking calls". So I bought tickets for a show, off of their website, got a good confirmation and then the tickets turn out to be for something 4 months later — and I cannot get a refund. Total fraudulent company.
Paid $610 for 3 tickets, original price was $49 kids, $59 adults.
They jusy pay something to be on the first recommended line when you type in: TICKETS
Dispute option resolved this issue.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased 2 tickets advertised for 55 dollars each, was charged 110, and then only given one ticket. They claimed that it was upcharged for their profit and the rest was fees which I understand, however thinking you are getting 2 tickets and finding out you only got one is unacceptable. They also refused to give me a refund when I discovered this or offer any solutions. I tried to resell the one ticket that I did have but was not allowed to because it wasn't one of the "selected events" that you can resell. Will never purchase through this scam of a company ever again. Bull$#*!
Answer: Ticket Center will not issue refunds, but instead issues store credit. Conveniently blaming all cancelled events on COVID-19, in which they changed their refund policy due to COVID-19. This was never their policy beforehand.
