I've had excellent service from my Thumbtack projects, but learned a good lesson; when you are quoted a price ensure to ask if it's for the entire project, or if you are going to be charged per hour. Ensure to ask upfront before committing

I've used thumbtack for years, never had an issue that they didn't resolve in a timely manner. Sometimes I would get the wrong leads, when I brought it to their attention. They rectified the situation. Better than yelp that charges 30.00 a lead on a 100.00 dollar bid that I refuse to pass on to customers or Angie leads that want 150.00 membership fee in addition to lead cost. If you don't know how to use the app, customer service is there to help. Success team is there everyday in your app. They're open to changes in your lead to fee ratio if you communicate. I needed someone to put together cabinets I bought. I tried Angis list and they require you to pay for membership. Thumbtack sent me several handymen with quotes. I picked one and he was quick, reasonable and friendly.

I contacted Thumbtack early Friday morning. I received 5 quotes back within 10 minutes. One of those who made contact was David Spinks, who indicated he would be available later around noon, following a previous appointment. We agreed on that time. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and thorough. He completed the job quickly. His quoted price was firm. I would definitely hire him again when and if he need arises.

I have used "You've Got Maid's" services now for about 4 months and each time they've clean my house; I have come home to the cleanest house I have ever been in these girls do the absolute best job ever and I would recommend this company and those ladies to my family and friends because they are a very professional dresses! Managed & very Thorough at their cleaning, not leaving a single thing undone, they are on time within the time allotted and they are super friendly! Wich are 2 of my biggest Pet peeves! They are very Honest and Punctual, did home repairs, painting and entire home cleaning as promised, and on time. I recently recorded a demo for voice-over at 7th Wave Music in Morristown, NJ. The guy running the show there, Larry Kucher, is some wonderful pro and person. I was actually nauseous, this being my first time recording in a studio, and Larry walked me in off the ledge and made the memory of the experience AWESOME. He was patient and professional all the way through the session and I am happy to recommend his studio to anyone needing that sort of service!

Pepe of Ultimate Garage Doors *******269) came out this afternoon to asses the problem with my garage door. What I thought was going to entail a very expensive job, was a matter of making a few adjustments and proper lubrication. He explained everything that needed to be addressed, compared ti another company that wanted to replace the motor! I would highly recommend.

Jean was excellent. We saw immediate changes in our dogs behavior. I have owned dogs and horses my whole life and I watch Caesar Millan all the time but have not been able to put his methods into practice successfully on my own. Jean is able to see the problem and break it down so that it is understandable and doable. I highly recommend her.
