After doing a thorough search online to find a ground wire kit, I stumbled upon what i thought to be a HIGH QUALITY HKS product. That is exactly what was shown on your website and on Google's search results. Yes it was significantly cheaper, BUT that's exactly why I clicked on the ad to begin with! Your website was supposed to be having a HUGE sale, so it made sense! After the longest wait I've had for anything being shipped to me even over from mainland Tawain i receive faster, it finally arrived. Very nice packaging at least kudos to your shipping department but that's where the compliments stop. Inside of the package is PART of what i should have received. It was just the replacement wires. No ends no center mounting portion, none of the nuts or bolts for installation, no ends even on the wires so i could at least install them with my own hardware! So, i thought maybe they made a mistake? People make mistakes all the time so sure may be that's the case here, right? So, i call your company for customer service and i get attitude from some young lady who clearly DIDNT know what she was talking about OR worst yet what I was trying to explain to her. So, after getting the run around she finally tells me i need to take pictures first and then "they" whoever "they" are the powers that be maybe? God? Who knows but "they" do and they will decide3 for us! By this point I've absolutely had it... I feel defeated, embarrassed, and l feel like made to look like I did something wrong and that's not the case here. If this were any other store or Ebay, or Walmart this would have never happened. All i wanted was the product i was shown for the deal that the advertisement offered. So now i have 6 random wires that say HKS on them that i paid way too much for. But have no fear i will be contacting HKS Japan and USA to let them know EXACTLY how your Company is offering their products and also making their company look in the eyes of the consumers. I'm sure they will be thrilled! So thanks for absolutely nothing and ripping me off. I wiill be sure to spread it as far and wide on every social media platform and every single review i can find to fill out including the BBB. Have a wonderful day!
