Hadison was excellent and very patient with me from the beginning of my ventures. Do to the nature of my invention, it was a slow process that needed small pieces in concession with others to be updated intermittently while building a product and Hadison was there when I needed him from thoughts to paper.
I had originally began by allowing another company to submit my first provisional patent. Disturbingly, that company, part of an Invention Home package, closed their doors and left me hangin' with no-one to follow through with my non-provisional application. I interviewed three companies to pick up t6hat dropped ball. I liked the way everyone spoke with me. Mostly Tien Le at the front door and Upul, who took the reigns over my project. Time was stacked against them. Yet, they accomplished what normally requires two to three months in 4 weeks. My application is impressive. And so has been everyone's attitude and etiquette all the way from day 1 until the actual filing. I'm glad to've met everyone here, for the opportunity to choose them, and for the importance they placed upon my project. I have nothing but good to say about this company because of the people who have taken such good care of this project for my son and me.

Although they are very nice (5 star for that), they are misleading the cost because they do not tell you that the "Consultation With A Patent Practitioner" will be $250/hr on the page where you start, and it is billed right away (1 star for that). You need $Billions, to hire them.
Rhett, I apologize for any misunderstanding. Consultation with a patent practitioner is included in the fee for any service without additional charge. You will not be billed at the hourly rate unless you need additional consultation time after the included consultation. The hourly rate does not start right away as you have mentioned. I see in our records you never proceeded with any service with us. Give us a call and we will be happy to clarify this and hopefully assist you with your needs.

Conversations were always conducted on an uncomplicated, easy-to-understand level; questions back and forth were both encouraged and welcome on both sides to achieve a good understanding of my concepts, and to enhance my understanding of a previously unknown area of administrative actions in the Patent Process. Their fees were far below that of conventional Patent Attorneys I've spoken with before contacting TtP. I was able to secure all of my concepts and attain a patent for less than a Patent Attorney would charge for the very first step in the process.
Filing a patent can be a stressful experience for both agency and the customer, especially when having a tight deadline. Ryan(paralegal) and Sam (Patent Agent) have done everything right until the patent is filed. Our team has filed our 2nd case with the Thoughts to Paper team and willing to ask for help again, in the future.
