I frequent this site a lot due to the novelty items. Placed an order for 10 items (they were on sale!) on Wednesday, February 20,2013 via UPS Ground. Received 2 packages on Wednesday, February 27,2013. More recently, I also placed an order for 3 items on Friday, March 1,2013 via UPS Ground. Received the package on Saturday, March 9,2013 delivered by the local post office. ThinkGeek never ceases to amaze me. Would recommend this site to others as well as purchase from again.
I love this website. I ordered Zombie caution tap, and a "Land Rover" dog toy for my dogs. The total cost was only about $15.00 and it only took a week and a half to arrive to my place here in Canada. I highly recommend this website.
I have always been pleased with ThinkGeek's products, shipping and customer service. They have a lot of FUN things and their shirt quality is good. I have a couple of shirts that still fit and look great after years of wear. I always look here when I'm looking for a unique but quality gift.
I'm from the UK, but I bought two shirts and a Magic 8 Ball for a relative of mine that lives in the US and I can't express how much he liked everything and how pleased I was for him to get the products so fast! I'll check if they can send to the UK too and if they do, I'm surely getting something cool for myself.
Fantastic site, fantastic products and even better customer service. I've ordered from them about a half dozen times and my orders usually arrive within a week or two. I love their customer service, they're friendly and fast and willing to help. If you "like" their Facebook page, they are always doing crazy giveaways and giving out promo discount and free shipping codes. Plus, with every item you purchase you earn "geek points", which you can use on future purchases to earn free stuff. I've probably gotten around $40-$50 worth of stuff just from my geek points. They also do gatherings/parties at their headquarters which is super awesome too. :) The only downside is having to remind myself that I have bills to pay and food to buy, so I can't buy all the stuff I want at once. LOl.
There are so many pros to this website it's ridiculous, I love the things they have here and everything came safe and sound... but my only problem is the shipping. I'm about to place another order because I loved the first one... but I can't get it sent to my house. For a $90 we're looking at about $70? If I didn't live right next to the border I'd never order from here again. I don't understand why it costs 80% of the total price of the order to get it shipped to Canada. If I do order again, I won't use DHL. DHL is the absolute worst. I'd rather pay the extra $10 and get it sent with USPS.

Great place for geeks, intellectuals, weirdos, nerds, and other people who have a nice eccentric side or an obsession with gadgets. Fair prices, Fair shipping, and lovely selection. Its products made up more than half of my Christmas presents!
Yes, they have amazing geeky products. But in addition, they are super-amazing at customer service. My orders have always shipped earlier than the scheduled dates, and I have never had a problem with an order. One great feature they have is that you can receive notification when a product comes back in stock.
I have placed a couple orders with Thinkgeek over the last year. Very straight forward legitimate company. I have not had any issues whatsoever in my dealings with Thinkgeek. My orders are always shipped promptly and completely, and the items I receive are good quality. I have been happy with my purchases at Thinkgeek, and I will make more in the future.
Wonderful products, wonderful people, wonderful site. The product selection ranges from whimsically goofy to brilliantly useful, and just about everything in between. This is an excellent site if you're gift shopping for the quirky nerd in your life, or if you ARE the quirky nerd in your life and you're looking for the perfect office gadget to make your life easier or just plain more fun. The customer service is also excellent. I ordered an item from there once that was broken when it arrived. I contacted the site to report the issue, and the response I received was both personable and prompt. I opted to take store credit over an exchange of the product, and I used the store credit nearly a year later (no hassle, no "you have one week to use this or it's gone" sort of shenanigans, no BS restocking fee for the original product, no anything of that nature), and I absolutely loved the new item I got to replace the old one. I can't recommend this place enough!
I started using their site about a year ago and have made several purchases. Wide selection of stuff for computer, science, and hard-to-shop for people. Their marketing is creative, and everything arrives on time as expected. Also, geekpoints and coupons that you collect after each purchase help you save even more.
A great site for buying all of the gadgets that I absolutely do not need but can't live without. They have the coolest gadgets around and a nice selection of RC products for adults and kids.
The item descriptions are entertaining and hte prices are reasonable. Great site for innovative and fun gifts.
There is nothing bad to say about thinkgeek! You get really cool products for an amazing price. I've gotten one of their mugs, and I love the quality and the craft of their items. You're getting a one of kind item that you really can't find anywhere else. I've always had a positive experience from purchasing with thinkgeek!
If you're a gadget freak, this website is a must! Chocked full of unique and one-of-a-kind toys for geeks and the people who love them. Even if you are not a geek, there is something that is sure to make you say, "that is sooooo cool!".
Just spent about 15 minutes and decided to buy something. That doesn't happen that often. The product descriptions are Hilarious! Great product pictures too.

Most of the stuffs, offered in the website, are pretty much useless.
I never got around to ordering from here, though I bookmarked a couple of items for christmas gifts. In trying to come up with a guy's birthday present, this site finally came to mind.
But a coworker did buy from here and the shipping time even around Christmas season was reasonable, a week to a week and a half from what I remember. And the gifts seemed to operate as they should, as skeptical as I was of a guitar t-shirt O. O.
