After placing my order, I received their prepaid return package in a week. I received their confirmation with 24 hours after they received and inspected my phone. In 4 days I received a check in the mail ( my preferred method of payment). Since this was my first time using their service, I had my initial concerns. But the whole process proves they are professional and legit.

There needs to be more choices on the type of phone we are wanting to sell. At first I was going to receive $140 for what I thought was a iPhone 13 plus but it only gave the option of broken screen and it didn't have a broken screen. The screen was loose and didn't power on but yet there was no choice to choose that. So I sent the phone anyway. When I got the email it only offered me $20 for my iPhone 11 plus with no cracks. The screen was loose and didn't power on which i mentioned that. Since it didn't power on there was no way of me know what type of phone it was.

Just like all recyclers online they always suck you in with a large offer price and then get your phone and immediately discover a problem to knock the price down. Oh, we realized your three year old phone is actually three years old. Shocker. -$50.

The Whiz Cells makes the process of selling a device very easy! You could sell your device directly to an individual and make slightly more money. However, that requires a lot more of your time, and a lot can go wrong, which makes The Whiz Cells a better value in my opinion. They sent me a prepaid package to send my device in, so all I had to do was seal and send. Early into the day my package arrived with them, it was already inspected and the payment was sent — that is seriously fast service!
