I am sorry that you are unhappy. To clarify, the Galaxy S8 and the Samsung A20 are not on our website. You said you were sending a Galaxy S20. We did not receive an S20. The tablet you sent is a Samsung Tab 4 from 2014. That tablet is not on our site. We pay for what you send in. The A23 was correct and we paid for it. That phone is on our site and is the model you sent. The rest of the devices are not on our site. So we did not give you a price for these devices. Had you emailed us we would have told you we do not purchase those models.

Wasn't happy with I got for all My devises I was Suppose to get 180.00 but by the time it got there the prices changed and I got 40.00 dollars. I should have just went with the first company I talked to that said I was guaranteed the money from each device

Changed the description on my phone saying it had scratches on the screen when there was no scratches at all on my screen.
The description on our website states that in order to qualify for the full quoted price there cannot be any screen scratches that can be felt by the fingernail. The scratches on your device were not only deep enough to be felt but they were worn with dirt in them, indicating that they had been present for a while. You had the option to decline the quote & have the device sent back to you at our cost.
I sold my Samsung Galaxy to WhizCells. I got a pre-paid USPS mailer and was paid back exactly what was offered through venmo.
