THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY BUSINESS. I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS. I STARTED AN ORDER ON APRIL 16th (I understand COVID but this is not okay! 0 communication whatsoever) AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER THIS IS NOT OKAY AND I HAVE REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO GET THE SAME RESPONSE EVERY SINGLE TIME. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE AND I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OF THE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered the pore cleaner for my wife, got an email that said it shipped but with no tracking info! There is no phone number and emails to customer support come back as not deliverable. Scam!

Bought a pore vacuum for $34.90 total and got a confirmation email but no product. When clicking on to check on order status, it says the site is no longer available thru Spotify.
How does one report something like this. I see others are having the same issue.

I ordered a product highly recommended by InStyle Magazine. My card was charged for the product and after several followups to tracking it for delivery, discovered the business page no longer exists and all emailed have been returned as "mail demon". Sorry ppl, we wont be getting our money back.

Placed my order, they charged my credit card, never received product and no one will respond to my request for help in resolving this situation

I ordered a facial pore cleaner and was amazed by how fast the ordering process was. My card was charged right away. But to this very day the item which they said is on its way never arrived. I have made emails but no reply. Yesterday I chanced upon the vanity planet and made an email regarding my order. They responded and said that their company is different from the vanity planet where I ordered. They told me to contact my bank to contest the payment so that I can get my money back. OMG. What a big SCAM. The rating should be 0 but the least is one. Can't submit the review without a rating so I am forced to select one.

I ordered a product they accepted my money but I never got athe item. Now their website is disconnected.

I have ordered a product in December 2016 and was charged for this item. I complaint about not having received it to this day, January 16,2017 and discovered that the email source provided is not a valid source. I am out of my money!
Please be careful and don't order from this company. I will report them to the authorities.

I ordered the pore cleaner for my teenage grandchildren. Like the other reviews I did not receive my order. When I wrote them they claimed the company I ordered from was in the process of changing their name because it was too close to being their name. They were sure I would get my order if I gave them more time. Of course I received nothing.

Placed an order through this website and my credit card was used for fraudulent charges within a few hours. Coincidence? I think not. I tried to contact the company about this and my order several times, but no one has bothered to reply.

Ordered pore cleaner for my wife. Never got it. Do not order from these guys. Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam

This shop that my mother found on Shopify is a scam. They accepted $34.90 from my mother for the purchase of a pore cleanser. The money was taken from her account, a confirmation email was sent but no product has been received. She emailed the "customer service" email several times to try to figure out what was going on and never received a response. Finally, her last email was returned because that email address could not be found. When I tried to visit the site, the shop was removed and could not be accessed. My mother now is having to file a complaint/investigation with her bank and have her debit/credit card deactivated to prevent them in using it for fraudulent charges. Unfortunately, my mother is very trusting and not tech savvy. Be careful!

Site is closed and disputed with my bank. Finally got an email from from this person named Betty Laverty@ *******@onpointlooks.com stating this: Hi (Name),

We apologize for the delay in responding to your message. We have been
Receiving a large volume of messages and we are doing our best to

I originally wrote a review stating I never received the product, because it did not arrive anywhere near the promised delivery date, I was not able to track the item online in any way, every place I looked online lead me to a website stating it was a scam. So I wrote a review to warn others. After writing that review weeks later I eventually received the product 'pore cleaner' which was months later, unlike the shorter delivery time that was promised. When the product arrived I tried to use it on my face and my teens face which did not work as well as it was advertised. It was very uncomfortable, left circle marks on our faces and had a really strong suction that made the suction spot turn purple. It did remove some blackheads and pimples, but not in a way that I would ever want to continue to use even after applying a hot washcloth to my face to open up my pores - still took longer than I would want to spend removing blackheads or pimples. There are many other better way to clear your face than this tool. Not worth your money or time. The worry about getting scammed and the time to do the research on it and to get my refund was very time-consuming and upsetting.

I ordered on Dec. 27th and still have not received my order. Tried numerous times to contact.
*******@vanityplanet.com ( mailer demon). I also believe another company, Vex Deals is another one of their companies. Ordered from them on Dec. 10. No order no way to contact. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES.
