Timely, fresh, well packaged, complete delivery by FDX, driver followed directions as to box placement
On May 16 2021 I ordered three Emerald Green Arborvitae - 5-6 Foot from TheTreeCenter.com.
The first box arrived promptly and the single tree inside was well packed and secured well so that it arrived in very good condition. There appeared to be some delay with the other two trees, so on May 20 I droppped a note to TheTreeCenter.com. I was told by Christian C. That the olther two trees would arrive by May 21st. The two trees arrived in one box, which was extremely heavy. The weight of the two trees in one box had caused the box to spit at the handles and where the trees were meant to be secured. Upon opening the box I found that the two trees were badly squashed and that, as a result of the two trees being crammed into one box, multiple branches were broken on one of the trees and the second tree was badly squashed. I reached out to Christian C. Again and was told that "it appears fortunate that the health of your plants has not been compromised and is set to live a healthy and vibrant life!" I have waited several weeks now for the trees to "loosen up", and lose their squashed appearance, but there has been no change and the tree with the broken foliage simply looks bad. This means I can't use the two trees in the area I planned as they simply look damaged.
Having spent almost three times what the same trees (or better) cost at Home Depot ($139.50 less 10% at TheTreeCenter.com versus $49.50 at Home Depot), I expect the trees to look great upon delivery and that if the trees aren't delivered looking great that they will be replaced immediately. This has not occurred despite my polite request for at least the tree that looks the worst to be replaced.
The attached photos of two trees side by side shows one tree from TheTreeCenter.com and a tree I recently purchased from Home Depot.
FYI - I am a home owner doing my own landscaping. I am not affiliated in any way to TheTreeCenter.com or Home Depot.

Answer: Never tried to get hold of customer service I've had no need to.
Answer: Hello! The 3 gallon Skip Laurels are going to be about 2-3 feet tall, and the 5 gallons are going to be about 3-4 feet tall. You will want to plant these between 2 to 3 feet apart, so, if you have a 20 foot wall, you'll need between 7-10 plants to suffice that space. Hope that helps!
