Found the site a bit challenging to navigate as I am not very tech savvy.

The pkging looked somewhat damaged on receipt but after calling customer service for advice, I opened it to ck for any actual damage. None was found. The pkg had been left on our pirch while were out of the house so there was no opportunity to ck it out with delivery person still present.

It is very rare to find a source that makes the exact rug that you want. I asked for samples and PerfectRug sent them immediately. I received my rug in a few weeks, and it is exactly what I wanted. The workmanship is wonderful. I'm very pleased

I requested samples only and therefore did not pay anything. The samples weren't the feel of rug that I was looking for, so I chose not to place an order. That's why you order samples though! The process was smooth, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this store if I need the type of rugs sold there.

Hoping this rug will lay flat. I have placed heavy items on top to help (it's been 3 days) and there is still some buckling. For the price, I prefer not to compromise complete satisfaction.

I need to receive samples before ordering...
I needed a square rug and they are just not available. 5 ft square is perfect for our little dining area. The rug looks really good...

Love the sample idea. Seeing samples make me much more secure in spending the money. Product was the quality I expected. However, delivery time was twice what we were lead to believe.

I have ordered samples - They came in a timely manner and are VERY impressive! The rug I would love to buy doesn't match my decor at this time so I will have to wait until later to actually purchase it. When that happens, if the full size version is as beautiful as the sample I will be THRILLED

Very easy to navigate. Reasonable prices for samples when I exceed the free level. Photo coloring is close to actual -- realize it could be own computer (HP laptop).

I needed a specific size and color to coordinate with existing carpet so I found this website and liked the options. The ease of ordering was excellent.

Great experience so far...have only received some samples, but I appreciate the size of the samples and the little gift bag included (tape measure, string, suggestions, etc).

I am disappointed in the rug. Every time you walk on it your footprints make a mark on it, and it looks dirty. Also. Stain are not as easy to get out as I had thought as the rug is nylon.

When we moved in our home, we were charged an arm and a leg for a rug that was custom made for us that our order with you is replacing. We are very happy w/everything and will use you in the future.

Attractive rug. Good quality but a bit pricey. Communication during order processing was lacking. I started to wonder if I was going to receive product. Took a while.
