I tried to buy a mmo mouse from them because they were advertising it online. Checked out paid for it, downloaded the app to track it. Never sent me a tracking number instead refunded my money and didnt tell me if my order was cancelled and now idk if its still on order or if Im gonna have to find it somewhere else. JUST A WASTE OF TIME!

I bought Turbotax 2019 and it did not work. Turns out these guys purchase Turbotax with activation codes for up to five computers. They then sell the program to five different people with activation for one computer. However this year Turbotax has tightened up their security and every time you open the program it asks for you activation code again. And when you enter the code it says it has already been used the maximum times and will not open. I contacted the company with no response so I had my credit card company reverse the charges. A couple weeks later I get a letter from a collection agency demanding I pay. What a bunch of scammers!
I piad over $70 for the home and business turbotax, they shipped an useless flashdrive with no license code. I asked numerous the license code, they don't provide me. Finally they ask me to return the flash drive a restocking fee. That is ridiculus. No license software, it is piece of sh**t, not usable at all.
Purchased TurboTax 2019 Premier. Received the download link a day later. Installed it and could not activate it because of message saying the license number was invalid. Furthermore upon installation, the product was TurboTax Basic. Not what i ordered. And this is the number that was given within the body of the email. Called their phone number. All I could do was leave a message. Numerous emails sent with unprofessional responses. They claimed it was a problem with my computer. Ha! Never even offered a replacement download. Will never, ever do business with this company again.
Did not complete an order and they sent two spam text messages. They just lost the sale. Don't spam people!
I purchased Office 2016 on July 30th. The store was very responsive when I contacted them because I was having trouble installing it. They offered a full refund within five days. It is now 10 days later and still no refund. Not only that, I cannot get a reply to any of the 3 emails I sent requesting an update. It is as though they never existed.
Keeps offering free software with purchase, specifically Quicken accounting software free with tax software. No option or coupons after going round and round. I emailed last week and never received a reply, the pop up offer changed in presentation the next week but still fails to work. Was about to buy, but NOT. Hate fake promises.
I was reluctant to order from a third party site I had never heard of but the price lured me in. I ordered the 2017 Deluxe for $14, which the next best price I could find was $25. I forgot that I had cashed in a retirement that would require me to use the Premier edition. I used contact form on website to inquire about a refund and was given the refund within minutes!
Today I purchased the TurbTax Deluxe 2017 software download from The PC Connect Store. I placed my order online and within an hour I received an email with the link to download the software. It was straightforward. The software went right to my download folder. I opened it up and was able to install it on my computer with no problem. I have a Mac so I can't speak for PC users but with Macs downloading and installing software is very straightforward. I started the program and I was able to updated the program just like every other TurbTax I've ever used.
The price was unbeatable. It was $13.00 were as normally I pay around $40.00 for the program.
