I located this business via Google search to purchase the new 2023 tax software for $40. The business failed to send the activation code. The business sold a USED copy of the HR Block software instead of a new software package as I had purchased. They have failed to respond to any email or contacts from my credit card bank and the BBB contacts. After over two or more months, BBB advised that they failed to contact them to respond to the inquiry and BBB was closing the issue as unresolved since they failed to respond. Seven months later, I receive a letter from the BBB with a resolution of a $40 credit for their platform and sorry, it's been too long to give you a refund. Really!?

Through the merchant's web site, I purchased H&R Block tax software from seller in January 2024. The full $40 was charged to my Mastercard. The seller emailed me a link to download the software directly from H&R Block but never provided me with a license / authorization code to activate the product. I gave them numerous opportunities to provide the proper license but they never did. Thus, I received nothing of value since the product could not be opened or used. In the end, I had to buy the same software from another vendor and never got a refund.

I got a great deal on my screen, a very reasonable and low price for a high-quality budget screen. The ETA was for two working days; because I purchased it on Thursday, it would also take me the weekend, for a total of four days. The screen arrived the following morning! Excellent service and prompt delivery.
And they even call me as a courtesy to discuss anything regarding the packaging of one of the things I ordered. It's a minor detail, but in my perspective, it's a bonus!

I was given an anticipated delivery date right away. I was notified that it would be delayed by four days (due to a weekend) and was given the option of selecting alternate products. Stayed with the initial order, which arrived a day after the estimated estimate. Throughout, I felt educated and included! I obtained a discount on the TurboTax programme that I use every year. It downloaded and installed quickly and easily on my iMac. The directions were straightforward. My return has already been submitted to TurboTax.

Digital download for TurboTax Premier 2022, Key Code was inoperative and when was factchecked by TurboTax support team the key code was inactive, no resolution through The Pc Connect Store website, thanks to PayPal for resolving the issue.
Don't waist your money or time with The Pc Connect Store.

Ordered some turbotax and waited for the code for a day. It turned out they just cancelled my order for no reason. I am 100% sure that i confirmed what ever they needed for the order. This is a scam. I think they took my information for something esle. Be careful!

Cancelled order for no reason twice now. Received 3 different reasons from their *******@mail.com. I think they just stole my data (address/ phone/ email). Getting spammed. Glad that I used paypal and didn't share my credit card number. Did get the refund within hours of getting charged.

The PC Connect Store Customer Protection Policy is very good. They are very aggressive at protecting their customers from fraudulent buyers & sellers: (for example - item/s not as described, defective items, late delivery/no delivery situations, etc). As a buyer, I've had to contact their customer service dept. They've always compensated me accordingly. Kudos to them for maintaining such a secure, stress-free marketplace.
