Outstanding choices and creativity, Made in the USA. My last purchase was 2020, I have 7 of their shirts, so unless it has changed owners or bought out, I do not understand negative reviews. The name has changed to only Mountain instead of The Mountain.

Have been a fan of theirs for many years now and bought at least 50 t-shirts from them over the years. Lately have had issues with them. Last year sent order in that was never filled and after following up many times finally requested my money back which they refunded. Just recently couple of months ago placed another order and received 3 out of 4 t-shirts and been following up on the missing one but they never reply. Have even asked for a refund and no reply. Not sure what is going on with them.

While I liked the shirts the quality was not that great so the shirts go bad quickly, the prices are insane at $35 for one shirt. Trying to search the site is made harder by the long load times for useless fancy animations after clicks, Now constantly nagged by a fake spin the wheel for 20% stops you from completing your orders. Ordering should be simple and smooth but its never been. I stopped buying their product due to the terrible mobile phone on PC ordering experience. They need a feedback form because I bet a ton of people would let them know the problems but they obviously don't care

Bought some shirt's from this brand through a different website last year and they were great! Now, I placed an order on their official website since they had more design options then the second hand seller. Well, that was 2 months ago and they STILL HAVE NOT EVEN MADE MY SHIRTS! It's been in "AWAITING FULFILLMENT" for the past 2 months and I've send them multiple messages asking what was going on, but every time they replied with a copy-paste answer about how they still have to produce the shirts ans that takes time and they can't give an ETA and how they will tell the quality control department about this. No refund button to be found anywhere either.
Nice shirts, but if you actually want to ever obtain those shirts i would recommend you buy them elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
If you wanna take a gamble with your money and Maybe (Big maybe) recieve some nice shirts in half a year, go for it. If you just need new shirts, skip. The hassle and wait time is not worth it.

I didn't get all of my order. I've called and left several messages and they never call back like they said they would. I emailed them several times and they say they'll respond and never do. The website is always down! It's the worst customer service I've ever had! I'd give them zero stars if I could!

Ordered 3 items. 2 shipped, no word on third except "Order Partially Fulfilled." Emailed Customer Service, auto-response says 1 to 2 business day reply time. 3 business days later, still no response. Update claim from information request to "Cancel remaining order and refund." Finally get response IGNORING refund request and saying they'll "Check with the warehouse and get back to me." Have replied demanding the refund they seem to be resisting. Great shirts... if you get them Customer Service sucks though, be cautious.

Tip for consumers:
Watch out for Customer Service. What you do get is excellent, but be wary because if something goes wrong, they seem to ignore your requests and just tell you how they're going to handle it. Suggest being wary with "My Mountain" products where you choose your preferred color, "The Mountain" take what you see shirts seem to ship and arrive fine.

I ordered a MONTH ago. Emailed them at the day of ordering my coupon did now work. The SEVERAL times where my order was. 0 replies! Seems they are out of business just leaving the site open for orders to get a much money as possible before they go out of business. Filed a paypal claim 2 weeks ago. Also not responding. BUYER BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use!!!!! It has been a month now and 0 shipped!!!! It seems it is about to go bankrupt! Take are only taking orders and money but dont ship anything!

I ordered a hoodie from this site on 12/16/21. Now after 2 months of being told it is backordered but on the way, I get an email saying that I am not getting my order and will be given a store credit for less than I already spent. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They basically just stole money from me.

Our daughter ordered a ski suit 10 days ago. We've yet to receive any Order Confirmation or shipping details. Yet, they charged my AMEX card the full amount plus adding four(4) frivolous/undefined $0.10 charges, which are Pending now for days.
We've tried to contact the company to cancel the order with no response.
SO... I did a MAPQUEST thing on their posted address in Baton Rouge, LA. That address DOES NOT EXIST.
If/When this place actually tries to process the charges on my AMEX card I will Dispute those charges, and I will get my money back, but, I would recommend anyone thinking about buying anything from this web site place GO ELSEWHERE.

The Mountain T shirts are the best on the market. The graphics are extraordinary. Wonderful t shirts. I order all wildlife t shirts and they are so realistic it looks like the animals will walk right off the t shirts.

Why does the Customer Service Phone Line give their Customers the "RUN-AROUND"? THE WEBSITE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP LIED TO ME AND TOLD NE 5 WEEKS AGO THAT,THE WEBSITE WOULD BE BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK! ALL YOU GET IS A MESSAGE, WHEN YOU TRY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE? WTH/TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Please be more Transparent, regarding how long that your Website will be down for "MAINTENANCE" IT HAS BEEN DOWN FOR "MAINTENANCE" for over 2 Months !!! WTH ??? YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES LIE, and tell people false information about when "THE WEBSITE" will be. Acknowledge up and running. I was told 6 weeks ago, that it would be back up in several days ??? 2 Months ago.

Addendum: Since my review below, I received speedy replies to my inquiries. A couple of the shirts I ordered were out of stock, so they refunded me within a couple days of getting the status of my order. It seems like their orders have gotten more difficult in the last year, but the customer service I received was great.

Original: I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping/tracking info. I did not do a custom tshirt design, so this should not be taking this long. I've emailed the customer service address on the website and got a ticket number on this problem, so we'll see? But i'm nervous this is a scam, seeing all these bad reviews for them now.
Their retail response email with the problem ticket number said I could reach them quicker with a chat on their website, but the website has no chat feature. If I don't get anything from them in a couple days, I'm gonna dispute the charge with my cc company and hopefully get all my money back. I'll be happy to give them a better review IF I get my items.

I own a small store and while waiting to be approved as a wholesaler I ordered a few items that I would be able to get in before Christmas. One of the mugs I ordered came in broken and I already had a customer who wanted to purchase it because I showed her pictures of what would be arriving. I called and told them that I wanted the mug replaced. 6 weeks later, without any call back or email or anything l received a random brown t shirt. I called trying to figure out why I got this and what happened to the mug they were supposed to replace, but no one has returned my call. If this is how they treat retail customers, I refuse to purchase anything wholesale. Their products are okay, average at best and wholesale is barely a mark down. I would have to sell tees at $48 each and that's half my normal mark up. It's not worth it. Especially for the horrid service that comes with the price tag.

Tip for consumers:
Wholesale discount is only 20%. With their price point, it's not worth it. Even more so because they have such horrible customer service.

WOW, GREAT shirts and more. Quick delivery of products and the shirts are sooo cool. Good quality and wash up great. (USE COLD WATER TO WASH AND LET AIR DRY)
