My desk is absolutely awesome, but the customer support that I received from Mitch was even better. The desk arrived with some damage, which is due to mishandling by the shipper, not Uplift. Mitch was quick to solve my problem and even checked in with me multiple times over the course of a few weeks to make sure everything was resolved, and that I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new desk, office furniture, or office accessories. They rock!

Amazing group of people over there, I love their products! I purchased a standing desk a couple years ago and recently upgraded to a larger desktop due to pandemic and needing to work from home.
Their friendly customer representative was extremely amazing and helpful, she located some cable extensions I needed and arranged to have them ship to me extremely quick!.

I am very happy with my desk. It took me a while to pull the trigger and order it but Mike D was awesome the whole time. I ended up ordering a custom size (72" x 96") so that I could match my existing footprint exactly. It took a little longer to get the desk because the wood top didn't come out they way they wanted it at first. It was worth waiting for because it is beautiful! Extremely functional and of course quite the conversation piece in the office. It takes a little while to assemble but I was making sure it was done perfectly. Uplift Desk is an investment in your future and I have found it to have been a great choice for me.

Great selection and great customer service. I received excellent advice when I recently was shopping for a good chair and a keyboard. Turns out that I needed a keyboard tray to help with my arm and neck issues and the sales gal was right. That IS what eased my pain. My PT agreed. They also gave me a good price. I'll go back next time I need something.

I spent the better part of an hour picking the brain of one of your Support Agents. She was very patient with my many questions, she did a good job trying to understand what I was asking, and then she gave clear explanations and included documentation. I really appreciated her professionalism.

In addition to receiving a really good, world class standing desk, customer service (Daniel Freeburg) was amazing. While prompt responses in email were already exceeding my expectation, the company went one notch higher in keeping me updated on my mobile at regular intervals to make sure my issues are addressed and taken care in time. I would heartily recommend Uplift to any of my family/ friends.

I love this store! They helped make me comfortable while working and my productivity is up. I ordered an adjustable height desk and they delivered. Very helpful folks work there. Shipped to me no problem. Easy to assemble. It is really nice to position the monitor exactly where you need it and have your desk space back since the monitor hovers over the desk instead of sitting on it with the large monitor arm base that comes with most monitors (it doesn't sound like a big deal but it is). My desk is beautiful and functional and a great value.

I ordered a Eurotech desk chair on Wednesday. Standard policy is to ship in 3 to 5 days. My chair was delivered on Saturday, four days total! The assembly instructions were simple and clear, extra bolts were provided for key parts. This is the kind of service one usually only dreams to encounter.

Great customer service
October 24, 2020

I spend several days reviewing the different standing desk companies via their websites and YouTube reviews. There are a number of choices one has to determine; whether to get a 2 leg or 4 leg version, a commercial version, different tops, cable management etc.

Uplift's website was very intuitive, and explained the different options.

Their customer service was good as I called with questions a number of times, in particular Victoria and Daniel Freeberg were outstanding, knowledgeable, and patiently explained various aspects of the desk like how and where the grommets would be installed on the 4 leg versions and the different finishes of the tops.

My desk arrives in 5 days and will post a photo at that time

My desk arrived very fast and it shipped out the same day I ordered. I was surprised considering my complex custom desk configuration that was being shipped. I took my time when ordering to get exactly what I wanted on their excellent desk builder that showed me the desk as I tried various accessories on it. I assembled everything and it went well as I was excited to start working at a more productive and health desk. So far, I'm absolutely loving my setup. The bamboo desktop, keyboard tray, under desktop mounted drawer, motion X board, and desktop organizer (yes all in bamboo!) adds a lot of beauty and character. It changed the look of my home office for the better. Quality of the desk and accessories is outstanding! Bottom line: everything is beautiful, useful, high quality, and stable.

I had the pleasure of working with Cary on my order. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the benefits of the various product offerings. I love my V2 desk with bamboo top! The motors in the frame legs are SO quiet and smooth and the desk is way more stable than I expected it to be, even when it is raised to standing height.

Nothing but fabulous fabulous fabulous. The desk I received EXACTLY as ordered this past year and was able to put it all together by reading the instructions thoroughly page by page a few times and watching the extremely complete videos online that are provided.
I had one hiccup, cannot remember exactly what, called the customer service line, spoke with a friendly guy and voila, within 5 minutes issue was fixed.
The desk is SUPER high quality, and I'm pretty picky. I use this desk everyday for 6-8 hours at least up and down and love love love it! I got the mat and board free as well. I ordered the desk in white with gray legs and it looks so good, I have it in my living area! Everyone is jealous.
I had a glitch last week where it got stuck going up and down for the first time in the first year and after looking at the FAQ answers, tried the reset option as instructed in 3 easy steps, and again, bob's your uncle, it worked!

I am looking at chairs right now and will go to them for this as well.
For all of the complainers regarding shipping, jesus guys, it's Coronageddon or have you been living under a rock this year? This company is 5 stars all the way around. I Heart them.

Hi all,

An update; Human Solutions got back to me and worked out a deal to get the chair returned for no cost to me. They have helped me find the chair that I really need for a pretty similar cost and have been quite friendly. I really appreciate the care they've provided.

Just a warning, make sure you read the fine print about returns before making an order!

Took two weeks from the order for them to ship the chair. Finally got it and tested it and found that it really did not fit our needs. Call to return and got a big run-around saying it had to be returned to the manufacturer instead of to them and the manufacturer is in Canada so there's an extra shipping cost. Plus there's a 10% re-stocking fee and you have to pay for the shipping cost to get it to you in the first place! Horrible. Just buy from your local retailer so you know what you're getting and can easily return it if necessary.

I was looking for a good standing desk at a reasonable price. I decided I wanted to go with my own table top and just buy the frame. Uplift has the option to buy only the frame so I reached out with a few questions on stability, price, etc. to their customer support. Tim R. Was awesome at not only providing me answers to all the questions I had but also getting me a price I felt was quite fair. Fantastic customer service!

We just purchased two desks plus chairs and accessories for our home office, one for me and one for my husband. The sales guy I talked with was very knowledgeable and super helpful. The frames and desktops (one laminate and one solid wood) were straightforward to put together and we are so happy with the look and the functionality of our new setups. My husband loves his new motion board (the Fit) and I finally have found a chair that is comfortable and fits me well (the Vert). We tell everyone who will listen how great this company is to work with and how happy we are with their products.

Marcus did a great job on the customer service front. I had a few questions about a two-drawer filing cabinet via the online chat portal, and Marcus answered all my questions and was able to quickly look up my account history since I was a previous customer, and sent me a direct estimate quote on the product in mind via e-mail. It was a seamless interaction with Marcus and I was fully satisfied... and never thought such customer service was possible via a chat portal... ha ha!

I recently received the v2 standing desk and love it. Customer service was great during the ordering and shipping process. Shipping was fast and the instructions were great for the assembly. The desk itself is beautiful, stable, and already helping me so much with accomplishing some work at home with a toddler running around the room!
