I placed my order and waited 4 weeks for it to arrive, only for NZ Post to screw up and deliver it to the wrong address. After a 2 week investigation, NZ Post decided they could not find it, and told me I could not file a claim, that the Henna Guys had to as the sender. I sent them a copy of the Email from NZ Post and let them know.
No response from them.
I waited a week. Emailed them again. Still no response, I waited another week and emailed them a third time. Still no response.
Useless customer service. Would not recommend using these guys.
If their product is good (I wouldn't know) I would suggest getting it from a third party that carries the product, not directly from them.
Useless.

I can't wait to try all the different products! So far I mixed the dark brown wrong, and I still loved it! I didn't even let it sit as long as I was supposed to and I still love it. Still covered my grays. I have dark hair and I can usually die in my hair about every four weeks I've researched the Hannah stuff a lot before I started to use it. The Hana guys seem to have done their homework! My sister had a very bad reaction to hair dye so I wanted to try Hannah hair dye. And when I started researching since the Hana guys have done the research and made it a more simplified process I wanted to try it I feel like my hair has been repaired from the years of dying it with chemical dies. Be careful where you get your Hannah hair dye because there's so many that have hidden chemicals and a hair dye. I feel like I can't wait to try the auburn color, the medium brown, and the light brown. I also bought Amla powder, hibiscus powder, manjistha powder, rose, petal powder, & mulethi powder. I have a water softener and I live on a ranch, so I have a well. So I used my water out of the water softener, and it seems to of worked great.
So far, my favorite has been the neem powder. I love the smell of the rose petal powder.

I'm loving squirting room, temperature to cold water on my hair daily to help it grow. And I always use hair conditioner rinse, after doing one of the powders or henna hair color.
The last picture is where I did the first part of the dark brown with the henna hair dye. Today I am going to put on the dark brown and I will post another picture after that. Again the first two pictures I mixed the Hannah dark brown packets together, and did not let them sit that long but I still love the color.

Terrible experience. Bought 2 packs of light brown,came out dark with a shade of purple. Emailed them,they responded but left the conversation. This is the 4th day trying to get in touch with them with no success.

I have been buying many organic brands of henna in the past. And it did look OK but light at first but really does not stay for long. Then by chance, I found the henna guys. I actually took a rushed shortcut in the mixing process. Even though I didn't follow the detailed mixing advice they gave and it still looked vibrant and amazing. So I looking forward to seeing the results of the proper process next time. I'm absolutely blown away it looks like a chemical dye but it's all natural. Definatley will be a long term customer thankyou.

I purchased a Box of this after a friend suggested I start using Henna for my hair. I will admit the process is tedious but the results are amazing so I would gladly set aside a full day to have this level of nourishment for my hair. The product is well packaged with ample instructions just make sure you have an entire day to dedicate to the process.
