No customer support, sporadic service
We actually need to speak to our customers so a number that works "sometimes" is not a great option. Customer service is beyond terrible, no phone support and takes hours for an "auto response" ummmk

if you need a service to work and people to respond when there is an issue - NOT recommended

I purchased a few of these docs for my business and personal use. They work extremely well and I have had 2 of the units over a year.

This is a great item to have in case of a power outage just make sure you keep it charged
I purchased a Box of this after a friend suggested I start using Henna for my hair. I will admit the process is tedious but the results are amazing so I would gladly set aside a full day to have this level of nourishment for my hair. The product is well packaged with ample instructions just make sure you have an entire day to dedicate to the process.
I went back to the company site and purchased 4 more

Just make sure you have ample time to mix the henna and let it sit you would likely need to do it the day before

I wish I had purchased this product from Amazon as purchasing directly from the company was a terrible mistake. Below is an excerpt from their return policy

The product itself also is terrible but I really wish I had read this prior because it's just a sad joke

I'd purchased body and face cream which were extremely pricey, however I do not mind paying for quality. The fact of the matter is this is certainly not quality for me..
They offer you many discounts and incentives when purchasing. However when looking at return policy those items are ineligible for return or eligible only at a fraction of the return price which makes it not worth it.. Just not the type of company I would do business with again or recommend for anyone.
I'm writing this review because I know that people try different products on their skin especially as it ages and this this particular product is sold in a manner that in my opinion is not accurate and then when returns are difficult (nearly impossible) that just loses all credibility for me with the business and looks like a "cash grab"
I hope this helps people who are truly looking looking for products to improve their skin
