Appalling!, took my money and after two phone call which were not answered I emailed twice before I got a response.
Finally after nearly three weeks the filter arrived damaged and of no use, I emailed on 25 th April but still no contact
AVOID like the plague is my advise.

This Company uses many fake/shill accounts to hype their ratings on several review sites. SO you have to wonder, if they are so good and successful... WHY DO THEY use fake reviewers?

Sorry BUT I wouldn't deal with any company that markets like this!

Like many other reviewers, I ordered two filters and only one turned up. I have e-mailed several times with no response and phoned to get no response. I have ordered from this company 3 times before with no issues but I will not be using again. Customer service at it's very worst!

Ordered a pack of two filters- whenthe parcel arrived there was only one and it was incorrect. Cannot get them to answer their phone or e-mails. This has now gone on for 3 weeks. Have now contacted my credit card to see if they can get my money back for me. Wouldn, t actually give them any stars if that option were available!

I ordered some vacuum cleaner bags on July 27. I emailed them on the 12/8 to ask where they were. No response so I tried to call them a few tiems this morning and get a recording saying my call cannot be taken at the moment and I cannot leave a message. By the look of the reviews here I will need to take it up with my bank.

Placed an order, nothing, tried to contact company by email, they never replied, tried by phone, always an answer phone that won't let you leave a message, customer service is non existent, placed order 30 days ago will be making a chargeback claim, don't use this company.

I have had the same problem as those below. Ordered a filter on 5th October and nefver received it. No response to emails and answerphone states that call cannot be taken and message cannot be left. Am now persuing through bank and suggest others do the same as it would appear that this company is no longer trading legitimately.

It is perfect for the kitchen of our restaurants, because we use hot water often, and the fact that we found the perfect water filters provider here really made the work of our restaurant personnel easier!

Ordered a filter on February 18th. My card was debited April 10th. Filter arrived May 30th. So that's over 14 weeks of a lead-time! In fairness the company did have supply issues from GE which I can imagine is a nightmare (such a huge company). However I think if the site told me the item was out of stock I would have ordered elsewhere. Again in fairness other sites said it was out of stock so that sort of confirmed the supply issues. I did have some communication from the company with updates but had to chase the order at the same time. So not a great experience but I have what I ordered now and it was difficult to find anywhere else hence the three stars!

Any one else had issues with receiving orders from the Fridge Filter Shop?

I ordered a Samsung twin pack fridge filter and only received a single filter,
I have contacted them many times and have had promise after promise to deliver the remaining filter but after many months of chasing there is still no sign of the order "lots of promises but no order"

I have used the company in the past with no issues but after many months of chasing I now give up and will take a different route with my issue!
