Freeze Pipe

We purchased a bubbler pipe from Freeze Pipe along with several other items including a blunt tips which we live.
The day we received the bubbler we put the coil in the freezer for recommended time.
We took it out and attempted to use it. It worked for 5 to 10 minutes and broke. We immediately emailed them with pictures.
It took 9 days but we finally heard from them and they offered a mere 25% discount on a new one. Said it "looked" used, yeah for 10 minutes.

I'll never buy anything from them again, not just because of lousy product, but even lousier customer service. STAY AWAY from this company. They don't care about their products- just their bottom line.
I purchased 2 other items from them and they are great. Way over-priced...but good products.
The dab rig jr., however, is garbage. The percolator and feeder tube clogs after 3 hits and you have to take it apart, soak the percolator end in alcohol and then resume. It is very hard to get a good draw from the rig, also. Perhaps larger percolator holes is the answer?
Last but not least, they cheapened (watered down) their glycerin: Mine froze solid! It's not supposed to freeze solid. I wrote to them about this, and they never had the decency to respond. $130.00 waste of money.

I ordered a freeze bong from them under a special promotion. There are parts missing from the package. I emailed them to inquire but never heard back. I even followed up and still nothing. Customer service won't get back to me.

The pipe came with a small leak. I contacted them and they promptly got in touch with me and asked questions. I let them know that the leak had been there to begin with and I don't believe it was due to shipping as they do a lot to protect it. They immediately gave me a link to get a new pipe and it got to me within 3 days. I have since bought a cold stone and a ash catcher pro from them. I'm excited! It does actually help the smoke be cooler.

It took about 5 days for the pipe to be delivered. I gotta say I love everything about it. It looks great, freezes solid in an hour, makes smoking a total pleasure. Super huge and totally cool tokes. No coughing at all when you get used to taking a hit. The box it came in is really awesome and protects the pipe while in the freezer. I put the pipe in its box and the box in a Ziploc bag. I am 100% happy with my purchase!

I bought a bunch of stuff 1 months before 420... I have still not received my items. At first they said the coil was out. Then they adjusted the price to the (at the time) current 420 sale. Which yea ok is nice but they only did that because I asked. After waiting a month I shouldn't have to ask for the sale price if my shipment hasn't even left yet. Then I'm told the bong it's self is out and they offer a further discount. I wasn't worried about the money when I dropped it for new equipment for the 420 holiday... That hasn't changed... What in running out of is patience I want what I paid for. I want to know why next year I should order anything else from you. This was my 2nd order, which was bigger then my first time buying something... And my plan was to buy pretty much everything else I wanted but hadn't picked up next ur.(And I'm the idiot who always buys the pro version and orders extra coils...)

After placing my order I waited for weeks to get my shipping confirmation and never got it. So I emailed their customer service which took over a week and a half to get a reply. I wanted to cancel my order at this point, but my order had conveniently "just shipped out."

The company advertises that it is American glass and says "thick high quality" every where. When my order came in it clearly had made in China stickers on it and the glass was straight up as thin as paper in areas. This is just terrible and dishonest all around.

Hi, I purchased the freeze pipe hoping that the reviews on there website would live up to what people were saying, this pipe is terrible! I normally smoke out of a bong and wanted to try out this pipe, I put it in the freezer for hours because will was confused why it hit so rough, basically the same as any other dry pipe. To me this pipe with the frozen liquid in the center did nothing, and the smoking with it just hurts, it is so rough that now basically I have a $80 paper weight. I would not recommend this product at all. I will no longer trust fake reviews on a products website. You know it's a red flag when they don't allow consumers to write reviews on the website.

Live thus bong. Only thing is the freeze cylinder clogs easy but isn't easy to clean. I understand the instructions for cleaning its just needed a lot more than expected.

Purchase two pipes which arrived in a few days with outstanding packaging. Starting using that night and there's a great difference from a regular pipe reducing or eliminating completely any harshness. They treat their accessories no different than their pipes. Reduced my coughing to almost zero.

Paid for my order in full, didn't receive a shipping number and only way to contact these people is thru email,and no one will reply in a timely manner...ordered on 12/19/23 and still haven't received the product or any help from customer service!

I purchased a mini e-nail to be able to dab without the use of a damn torch. I have been pleasantly surprised how nice it is. It's very easy to clean. If I was you, and your on the fence with getting one. I'd say pull that trigger!

No other company makes products that match both quality and price point. Freeze pipe has engineered their own corner of the cannabis market and they do it better than anyone else. As with most quality things, from time of purchase to the time it arrives has habitually taken 2-3 weeks no matter the shipping option chosen. That aside, these guys are the lick.

I bought a dab pipe set that included an electric e-nail. The electric e-nail stopped working maybe a month or so in so I emailed customer service about what can be done. Noone answered any emails for over a month. After emailing again a third time I finally got an answer. I was told there was a 30 day warranty for faulty items and they would not replace it but give me a discount off. There is literally no
Where on the website that says there's a 30 day warranty. It felt it was made up on the spot. It is really unbelievable to me that they couldn't just do the right thing and replace the faulty product. I've honestly never experienced a company being so petty about something. I am not someone who complains about companies ever but this was so rude (even responding asking them to please do the right thing)its important others know what to expect if something goes wrong with a faulty product.

My order was Dec 14. A tracking number printed on Dec 19. As of today Jan 9th no transit has occurred. I've only received one response to several emails asking about this order. That response was 5 days ago claiming a "slip" was at the warehouse and order being packaged. Yet No transit so far?!

The shower head base makes the whole experience so smooth. Its basically having a bunch of little percs in a circle that remove all the harshness from the smoke. I was a little worried about how ez it would be to clean inside the shower head part but it hasn't gotten very dirty (perhaps in part due to the combo with a honey comb bowl). I've been just filling the base with grunge off and it's a piece of cake. Highly recommend. Also I chose 1-3 shipping and ir came in 2 days! My previous purchases took significantly longer so they must have sorted out whatever the issue was.

I'm really disappointed I spent this much money on something that broke so soon. It hit great before it suicided itself. After less than a year my unit has developed a bunch of cracks where the banger connects to the base. The unit has never been dropped and it never travels further than 40 feet from my office. Best I can figure is the heat from the torch mixed with the cold from the water heat cycled the glass to death. Either way I've never had glass break like this in over two decades of smoking.

The bubbler pro is nice. I don't think for me it's an everyday piece. The hits are nice and cool, it doesn't seem to stay cold as long as stated, but still more than enough time. Nice you can throw it in the cooler for a day at the beach too.
Customer service is THE BEST! So easy to work with and friendly!

I have ordered from freeze pipe a few times and have yet to encounter a problem. The pieces do what they are supposed to. The quality of the glass is great, have knocked it over a few times and luckily haven't seen any fractures.

My Freeze Pipe experience did not start great as I received the wrong piece. Customer service responded but then there was a long wait period. I did hear from Freeze Pipe and have emailed back and forth a few times since; I got the bubbler and I love it; the slide design is unique. Highly recommend them, and plan to purchase more products in the future.
