Freeze Pipe

One of my favorite pieces! Not only is the glass beautiful to look at, but the function is insane. Definitely going to have to get myself another Freeze Pipe piece.

The cooling works as advertised. Very nice and mellow. The issue is the whole thing is top-heavy and needs a wider base. It's not very stable and has spilled wuite often.

Never received product. Got the run around from them and the shipping "insurance " company. Don't waste your time or money

I am enraged by this companies piss-poor customer service. I wasn't able to get what I really wanted, as they were sold out (maybe remove an item if you're never going to carry it again). Ordered my GF's big present on Christmas night. Confirmed on Tuesday(26th). They had me download an app called 'shop', which is basically the most useless, infuriating tracking system I've ever seen. (why not just use usps? Or...literally ANYTHING that actually TRACKS your package!) On Thursday, I downloaded the app, which informed me my package was delivered. Only it wasn't. I sent an email during their listed business hours (9 a.m. specifically), and got an automated response some one would be in touch soon. Never happened. Got a weird update in email, looked like once again it had been delivered Saturday, only no. I paid $ for 2-4 day shipping. That boat has sailed. I'm still not sure if my bubbler is stolen or not. No clue what company was doing the delivery (as I have a very special hell planned for any sticky-fingered drivers)... I just don't know wtf is actually going on. The fact I'll have to wait until Tuesday at best to find out anything is bull$#*!. At this point, the bubbler could be god's gift to earth, and it won't mean $#*! to me. I'll never do business with this company again. Do yourself a favor... find a headshop, ask them to special order you one, and let them deal with the aggravation.

Accidentally bought a piece that is too big but this company doesn't care about customers. Just that they got there money. Won't be recommending.

I have both the Dual 23" bong and the Ashcatcher Pro. In both cases, the design of the product seems like it actively works against ease of use. Take the Ashcatcher Pro for instance; The removable coil get stuck_constantly_ inside the ash catcher, leading to me needing to prying them apart. I also have to deal with the issue of weight that the pro adds makes it unusable on all but the beefiest of bongs.

The 23" Bong itself is too difficult to pull for most people, which is par for the course for most 23" bongs. My true issue lies in the design of the coil which makes it almost impossible to get fully cleaned.

Though a fair amount of use, residue will build up on the inner glass of the coil. This residue is very difficult to remove, and oftentimes requires manual interventiont to remove (Soaking in ISO or other Cleaners had no effect). The worst part is the residue on the bottom of the coil, right above the connector. There's a hard-90 degree turn there, making it all but impossible to clean manually without some sort of magnetic cleaner.

From shopping to customer service, everything was simple and quick to handle any issues I had.

I started purchasing a bubble pipe and then the martini bubbler and have always enjoyed my sessions and cleaning was fairly easy as well.

It took weeks to finally receive my feeeze pipe and the thing is a joke, the glycerin coil makes no real difference.

They take your money and never send out your product. No one ever returns your emails or picks up the phone.

I love all the products I've bought from them. Easy to use easy to clean. Will buy again.

I smoke on a 5" glass daily and i saw no improvement and cleaned and put in the giveaway pipes that suck.

So I bought 2 bubblers kit as birthday gifts one for me and my son paid for express shipping also received the bubblers on the 05-27-2023 at 11 am, put mine in the freezer for one hour like they say started using this lovely piece mind u it is a nice piece but reason for one star is on the 05-28-2023 took it out the fridge use it a few times place it on a plastic bin and all of a sudden I hear this crack mind u I have not touch or hit this pipe in any way or form I just hear a crack pipe is done so I sent support and email about this seeing I've only had it for just 24 hours and it is finish along with pics and stuff where the coil broke waited 2 days for a response saying this it's not a normal issue please buy another one here like are u people for real I've had this thing for 24 hours and it is done I got a defective piece and it is done after 24 hours of barley use I am very disappointed and angry with this company 24 hours and my bubble is done and no help nor a replacement I am dissatisfied with this company.

Good at normal temperatures and when frozen it is great.

Hits were always too harsh with joints and even a bong, but now I can FINALLY smoke! Easy to clean and freezes superfast.
