Freeze Pipe

I recently placed an order with Freeze Pipe on December 27th, and I am extremely disappointed with the entire shipping/ customer service experience. It has been almost a month since I made the purchase, and I still haven't received the item I ordered.

To make matters worse, I received a shipping notification from the company on Tuesday 1/16, stating that I shouldn't check the tracking status right away because the item had just been sent out. So I waited 24hrs to check the status. On Wednesday, then Thursday, again on Friday, and even Saturday, then again on Monday, a full week later I checked 1/23 Tuesday morning. Each time I checked, I was met with the same frustrating message that the label had been created, but the item had not been shipped. Such B.S. This inconsistency in their communication and the lack of progress with shipping is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect timely and efficient service, especially when it comes to shipping. Waiting almost a month for a product is simply unacceptable, especially when I've paid for it. I am genuinely frustrated with the delay and the lack of transparency from Freeze Pipe regarding the shipment status.

Furthermore, the fact that I purchased the pipe for a good friends birthday on 1/16 added insult to injury. It has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration on my part, and it reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I strongly urge Freeze Pipe to improve their shipping process and provide more accurate and timely updates to customers. Transparency and effective communication are crucial in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. As for my experience with Freeze Pipe, I am deeply dissatisfied, and I will not consider ordering from them in the future.

In conclusion, Freeze Pipe's shipping process has been a complete disappointment. The significant delay, coupled with the lack of transparency and inconsistent updates, has resulted in a frustrating experience. I hope that Freeze Pipe takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to rectify their shipping issues to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future.

I bought a speaker from them several years ago. Now they sell pipes bubblers and bongs. I bought 2 bubblers from them. Love them.

When I was a teen mom was constantly on my $#*! about smoking the reefers, but since it's kinda not taboo anymore and most of the negative stigma is gone, as well as accepted as just whatever by most people, and since I started growing myself she has not only learned to accept the reality of the herb, she has had no choice but to enjoy and indulge. My mother was in a serious motorcycle accident when she was 16, leading to her now having 2 bad knees, bone on bone. She has also been a cig smoker for I would guess at least 40 years,. She was in so much pain that her doc has prescribing her 90MG of methadone a day for pain. Last year her doc retired and it was nearly impossible to find another who could continue prescribing the opiate to her, outside of a mayo clinic which was 3 busses away and was only gonna give here a single dose everyday. 7 months later she is now opiate free, but has trouble falling asleep due to the pain. Just so happens I started growing, and I used the trim to make her edibles, but that stash only lasts so long until I have no more trim and the next harvest it months out. I was rolling her joints but she isn't used to it so she coughs, a lot. I am subbed to pigeons420 and he brought this company up a year or 2 ago in a stream. I had always wanted to grab one but never pulled the trigger. She decided she wanted to purchase her first bowl, and because of her "amateurish" lungs, I suggested freeze pipe. I use it with her often and I really like it, and she does as well. It does what it was designed to do, it cools the hit, which helps her with the cough. We both thought it would be a tad smaller(even tho the site said 9") but it is what it is. Overall it's a no brainer to endorse this pipe.

Didn't stay frozen long. Didn't stop me from coughing and it broke very easily.

The silicon ring on the bowl is lose.
Easy to clean

I like it but every now and then I get a hot hit and get throat burn

Doesn't really cool the smoke enough to notice.
