A store that's a pleasure to deal with. Ordering was easy, and I could track my package with the tracking number. The packaging was secure. I ordered organizers for myself and as a gift, and both pairs arrived in perfect condition. Before placing my order, I checked that the store has been around for about three years, which gives me confidence in their reliability.

I ordered a wireless car vacuum. I got tired of wiping off dust every couple of days and shaking out the mats. It's quite dusty in the summer here. The vacuum arrived in 4 days, well-packaged. It's lightweight and very convenient. As it turns out, it's really powerful and handles small stones, sand, and crumbs. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very nice car accessories store, had the car organizers I was looking for and a brush kit that looks very impressive. I received my order in 5 days nicely packed and everything in order. Thanks for the wireless vacuum cleaner! Great purchase. Suitable not only for the car but also for spot cleaning around the house. At home, trash keeps accumulating constantly, it's a real nightmare! And bringing out a big vacuum just for a few crumbs on the couch is not that appealing. A small vacuum is a fantastic invention to quickly tidy up on the go without making a big fuss.

I bought a foldable waterproof trash bin from this website. I really liked the idea. It seems to be great not only for the car but also for home use or even for a picnic, as you can put even a half-empty cup in it. The quality of the trash bin is excellent, it's very neatly stitched without any flaws, and it looks very reliable. I haven't used it yet, but I'm planning to try it out on the weekend!

At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this new store, so I decided to give it a test run by ordering a cable. I figured if anything went wrong, at least it wouldn't be a major loss. The cable arrived right on time and worked perfectly! So, I took the plunge and ordered the organizers and the footstep. They arrived just as expected, and their quality is top-notch. No complaints here!

I placed my order on December 21st, which was over $100. On December 23rd, Auto Merch (who also goes by Established Store, and indicates it's a clothing apparel store on your credit card statement) send confirmation of the order with a tracking number. The tracking indicated that the label was created and the post office was waiting on the parcel. On January 1st, I emailed requesting a status of my order. Along with a request for refund since the tracking still in the case the post office is waiting for the package. January 4th, they indicated it was on its way. The tracking still indicated the post office was waiting for the parcel. On January 6th, I again requested a formal refund via email, with all supporting emails attached. On January 12th, I requested information regarding if my refund was issued. On January 14th, I requested my refund status, still via email. Later on January 14th, I received an email from Establish Store stating the order was on its way with a different tracking number. January 15th, with all emails attached, I asked them to cancel the shipment and refund my money as requested. On January 18th they sent me a skeptical copy of refund information. My credit card company has no knowledge of the refund, as of yet. And they have begun an investigation of the fraudulent charge of over $100. Since this began in December, I see the same product now under a different company names, but still indicating out of Irvine California. This is definitely not how we legitimate business would be run.
