I paid for expedited shipping and it hadnt even left the warehouse the day it was to arrived. Customer service was good about cancelling the order and replacing it, ( no one was going to be at the original address) but they did not offer to expedite shipping on the replacement order. I thought that would only have been fair.

I ordered my items two days before Christmas and I received them two days after. The shipping was fast and the packaging was amazing. Would definitely recommend to my friends and will be shopping with the-house again
With help from a ski tech at Sun and Ski I managed to find my Fischer bindings to mount on my older Salomon skis. They look great and I'm sure will serve me well.

The items were good quality, but were ordered as a Christmas gift for my son who was going on a trip for Christmas. I ordered from the site because they promised 2 day shipping and guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I would have ordered or purchased elsewhere in order to have the items by Christmas if I would have known they would not have been delivered on time.

I bought two women's shirts for active wear.
They were shipped within 24 hours of the order and arrived in a timely manner. The online chat helped me decide the size to order for one of the shirts. That help worked out well. I am pleased with the shirts and they are indeed the color I saw online. Sometimes the color on the screen is a bit different than the one received. These were the same as the screen color.
From selection thru purchasing, The House website is extremely easy to use. There is a great representation from all the manufacturing lines for the powder sports I was looking for which was a win for sure.
7 days for an exchange refund. Had to return an item $170; new item was $165.95. Takes them 7 days to return the original $170 but takes the new $165.95 out of your account immediately. Need to upgrade your point of sale. Won't shop there again. Plus Customer service gal was rude.
I'm always skeptical when I find a website with better prices than all their competitors. Took a chance and am thrilled with the snowboard and bindings I ordered. Will definitely order from The House again!
I give this place a minus 5 star! I purchased my framed bike on aug 20. Was charged twice. Called and the removed one of the charges. Bike came with bent fork. Called and they sent out a new fork. They forgot to install the fork with a star nut. So they sent out a star nut and told me to get installed by a bike shop and they would refund me for that. Still no refund. Sep 23 I still have no refund for fork installation and just got charged for another bike called the company and had an extremely rude lady telling me I was never charged. 30 min later she calls me back still being rude and tells me they found where I was charged. Never one apology for any of this. The fact that my son had to wait a month to actually ride the bike he bought with his bday money, he paid $20 for fast shipping. I would not trust this company with ur card info!

I asked him questions and he provided me very helpful information almost instantly. This helped me decided what I needed before I got it. I got my product in 2 days which was surprising and am happy with my Purchase!
