The online chat help was wonderful. They gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Delivery was as scheduled. The only thing that was missing was the confirmation of when it was shipped. I was waiting to hear that it was shipped and was disappointed that it was taking so long, when all along, it had already been shipped.

I cancelled my order right away after I ordered it because I realized with the conversion and the taxes it was past my price range.
The order was delivered to me anyway. I e-mailed them asking for a refund or if they could not refund me to ship a different one for free as the one that was delivered didn't fit regardless. They told me that I would have to pay to ship it back. I e-mailed back saying that I would like them to pay to have it shipped back because I had cancelled it to begin with. Never got a reply and now I'm stuck with this $250 jacket that I had cancelled.
Happy with the Speed and Performance of the delivery only complaint is that the bindings did not come in their box they were free-floating alongside the board and I didn't get any house stickers otherwise very happy
Got the lib tech kraftsman jacket and it is awesome! Can't wait to put it to use! Also the house is awesome, this is the first thing Ive ordered from them and they rock! Bonus I received my order 1 day earlier then expected! I will definitely be ordering from the house in the future!

Box was strapped with one strip of tape across the top, and another across the bottom. The strip across the top had came completely unstuck so all the contents were accessible. The bottom was barely attached. Quite surprised all the contents were still there.
My Rossignol Sushi Light snowboard arrived with a ding on the nose, I'm guessing due to it sliding around in the box while in transit. The snowboard was only 144cm in length, and the box was at least 200+cm so there was a lot of room for it to slide. If it was brand new, I would've sent it back, but it was a cheap last season pick up and the edge is still intact so I can deal with it. However, if it was full price and current season I would've been much more frustrated with the packing method. Adding some foam or bubble wrap on the nose and tail of the board would be a great way to prevent damages like this in transit.

This is a Christmas gift for my son so he hasnt used them just yet, but if theyre anything like the last boot we bought from the House then they will be awesome! Made well, comfortable and terrific price! I would totally recommend the House and these snowboard boots!
I got my package just fine and everything was great until I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong snowboard so I purchased a shipping label and sent it back but havent received any word or refund about my item yet, all in all this return has me kind of frustrated and it really has made the experience much worse.
All the gear is perfect. I was able to put the bindings on my board all by myself. At first, the boots seemed too small, but after talking to my local shop, the assured me that I was sized correctly. The board is great on the mountain. The bindings work as expected, the boots are comfortable. The helmet is great. I got all this great gear for a wonderful low price on TheHouse.com
I placed two orders on the same day from The House with free two day shipping. One order shipped within a day and arrived right on time. 5 stars. The other order didn't ship for three days, was told by one customer service agent when I called that it had (and it hadn't) and subsequent correspondence with customer service was rude, condescending, and couldn't figure out that there were two orders and two tracking numbers. I didn't get my equipment on time before my ski trip and had to rent equipment. Boo. 1 star.

Only issue I had was the picture online didnt match what i received. But when I looked at the item description I received what I got. So the picture was a bit misleading. But I liked the item over all.
Received wrong product. Spoke with Customer Rep, who was super polite and helpful, however, advice given, was to reorder and ship product back. I also confirmed and was assured, that my correct product was in stock. (Hmm. How about just resend my correct order?) Ok - did that. Second order turns up and THAT is also, incorrect! Now I have two orders - which I paid for - which are both wrong - and although a shipping label was provided for both - now I have to go to FedEx at no small inconvenience to myself, and wait for my refunds. First time,I was told, that the mishap was most likely due to the holiday period. (It wasn't, as I had ordered a couple of weeks before - and clearly, as it turns out - the issue is one of either technical or human, error as the issue happened twice. The second Rep I spoke with, offered to send out a third product, at no extra charge - but I had to politely decline, as I eventually found the product on Amazon for a lower price.
Great outdoor gear for a great sale/clearance price! I love all that I purchased. The Burton long insulated side zip pull over vest is really nice. It's comfy, stylish and warm. The XC ski jacket is sleek, breathable and classy/functional. I'm still looking for the perfect XC ski mittens and gators for snowshoeing but I will find them!
