If I could give Thane a negative (less than zero) rating I would do so. This hand held steam cleaner just would not work as shown on TV. Plus they have charged my bank account twice after requesting a refund and a return label. So-called "Resolver" account is useless. Be sure to buy an extra large jar of Vaseline if you send Thane any money with your Bank/Credit card because you will have to close account. Then Thane will claim they cannot send you the refund. Thane will cluster-screw you. DO NOT PURCHASE this product. Thane commits highway robbery. Better Business Bureau cannot get your money back. Don't send them a nickel.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever delt with I order the H2o mop, and I did not receive it I have reached out to the company I also tried calling the shipper and I have not received any satisfaction you have to put support tickets in in order to commutate with them then you get a notification asking to give them 2-3 business days well it has been weeks on end and they have not responded all I want is my money back this is very poor business and very poor customer service I just want my money back
