I strongly suggest to find some other place if you are plan to go to Texas Family Medicine in Frisco Texas. You will end up to pay MORE money there!
When I moved to Frisco I went to to the office asking for Annual Physical Check Up for Dr Sandra Caldwell. I gave insurance to them requested doing only what insurance allows as a wellness check up. They did whole bunch of tests that I didn't used to see in other doctors office as annual check-up. In result, the end insurance denied to pay because those tests aren't cover in wellness checkup. They turned around to bill me and threat for collection.
BE CAUTION in everything they do and be sure the insurance would cover it, they would claim that you didn't sign to denied those services... Problems here were they never provide those list of services for you to sign on or off. Who would go to doctor office for yearly check up, and ask if taking temperature, looking your tongue are covered in wellness checkup or not? That why we make apportionment for wellness checkup and whatever the nurse did for you, you would think that is included in wellness checkup, but BE CAREFULLY, I found in hard way that this wasn't the case. Their wellness checkup could end up to additional $350. Don't let this happen to you!
