15 years ago this site was the one to go to for exam dumps, I've done very well in the past. But that's the past! I didn't want to believe the reviews because like I said I've done well. Please stay away from Test King if you value your time and money. The exams are not updated and the 99% pass rate is a JOKE. Please stay away and dont be fooled by what was the past. I studied the material until I knew it completely passing with 100% on all the practice exams. When it was time for the actual exam, not 1 question was related to what I studied for 2 months. Please stay away. Last thing Customer service is a joke. The 1.2% rating out of 5 Stars is true! In all honesty they dont deserve that!

Waste of time - materials were supposed to be based on the most current textbook. The WORST possible thing they couldve done was remove my access to the test simulator. It was nice to practice with questions, but they removed my access to the simulator, so also useless. Horrible company, no ethics and even worse customer service. They genuinely do not care. The information is somewhat reliable, but videos did not play with audio and have no captions. So paying for those was useless. I downloaded a PDF study guide that is semi helpful.

I researched and check for each question and found most of the answers for the 1Z0-083 exams were wrong. I even emailed them the correct answer but they said my purchase already expired, that I need to purchase again so I can see the new corrections. This so unfair. They are so unreliable. Beware of TESTKING.

When I start checking the questions and answers, I found that so many answers are wrong and questions are not up to date. The question bank is pretty old. I am not satisfied with the purchased. The service is too poor. They sold very old backdated questions with wrong answer.

Product no where resembled the exam - not one question.
Applied for refund under the guarantee and they offered a refreshed set of exams - beware DO NOT install this as you now enter a new agreement - fortunately I checked this before and did not subscribe.
After a further chaser they reply to state that they do not refund against discounted products. So now raising a dispute on my credit card company.

This is a sham, Outdated materials and a promise which is not fulfilled.

Avoid at all costs and do not waste your time or money.

I purchased a Symantec exam only to have it so full of mistakes that it is worthless. Do not waste your time with this company. I wrote to them listing all the errors and I got a cut and paste generated reply. At the end of the day, some may have good experiences but when a company like TestKing does not have quality control standards and educated people providing the correct answers, users wind up with wrong information. Ain't no body got time for this. I'm disputing the charges with Visa 'cause this is total trash...

I have bought Test King for an application developer exam and when I was still studying for my exam it expired without no notification warning me about it, I didn't even know there was expiration as I bought a license for 1-2 computer. It should be lifetime as long is installed in your computer. It was like that with other preparation test from another company. And all email I received from them was saying product was already expired. Bottom line: I've tried to contact them to grant me access for only one more week and they said no. If I want I should buy it again.

I bought their 70-410 test 2 weeks ago and took the test with failure result. Since none of the questions were even close to the test they guaranteed (but don't stand by their words) I have been in contact with them and they keep postponing 'till March for the replacement test which is not available 'till next month. Yet their site is still selling the same test that they know it is false. They are a Bunch of scammers. Not sure how microsoft is not aware of this kind of illegal action.

Test King support are NOT helpful. There so called "24/7 online chat support" is a joke. It is definitely not 24/7. When you email them for assistance, they obviously don't read it, because they reply with a scripted response. I am unable to use their products because I have a MAC laptop and no access to a Windows operating system, which is needed to use their products. I asked for a refund that they have given me the run around rather than refund my money. I've sent numerous emails and have not gotten any help. I will NEVER use Test King. They are a total rip off. They are quick to take your money and will offer you VERY little assistance when you are not able to use their products.

I purchased the Java 1Z0-808 exam from TestKing.com. So far, the test has not less than a 20% error rate. They promise a 12 hour response time on problem submissions. After submitting 5 bad reviews, I havent received a single response. I would be happy if I could just correct my local copy, but I can't even do that. They clearly dont care and are just a scam. Stay away.

Most of answers are wrong, pdf guide is terrible. Only the video course are something usefull for concepts, but it's useless to pass the exam.
Money burned, don't purchase!

The MS 417 exam qna had 100 questions for their study guide, it was completely useless. I contacted support was told they were going to update the exam in 2-3 weeks. All they did was update the last update date without making any changes, and would not issue a refund for a product that was useless for studying. Failed the exam. Was once a good customer, now I'll never get anything else from them again. Save your hard earned money don't buy from them ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Testking doesn't stand behind their products. Not one of the 182 questions was even in the ball park of the concepts covered in the Cisco exam. I reached out per their 'guarantee' and all I got was a run around and excuses. "They must have just recently changed the exam. Give us 3 weeks to update it". "Our guarantee doesn't cover Cisco", "You should have used other study material to supplement", "We can't refund but can give you another study guide as in it's place", etc. Question... if the exam study guide purchase was not even in the ballpark, why would I trust that another study guide would be?

Don't waste your money or time with TestKing. (Also Pass4Sure appears to be the same company under a different name.)
