TestKing

TestKing.com is no longer the old Testking that we all knew. Basically it is sort of a scam and fraud business. It is basically a company that keeps changing its legal name from time to time. It carries many names, here are 3 of which I am familiar with:

learningtools.eu: the company that claims to collect exam questions and resells them to different websites. Once you make the payment on testking.com, you will receive an email from *******@learningtools.eu with so called "order and payment details". In the same email, they will mention that "replying to their *******@learningtools.eu will not be processed and will instruct you to "please contact Learning Tools Ltd directly."
If you go to their website, it is clear for any internet user that the site is fake and has no info on how to contact them except for the same email *******@learningtools.eu which means that you end up in a loop.

Then you got "Certification Trendz Ltd" and "RealTests".

So my Advise to you is to try to find alternative websites other than Testking for the meantime.

I just took a boot camp for ISC2 CAP certification, and trust me this company is WAY out of date. They still have questions about DIACAP; CAP is all about RMF. DIACAP is LONG gone. Save yourself $$$ and buy a book from ISC2.

I paid for and downloaded the Test King prep for Cloudera Administrator CDH-5 certification, studied the material, and failed the test. When I contacted them about this and provided proof, they did not refund the money. They did, however, claim that they were re-working the exam prep and would give me an updated copy in 2-3 weeks. When that time came, they said that they did not actually have the updates (I take the test next week).

What I ended up having to do was to take their exam and FIX THE ANSWERS. The questions are correct, but their answers are > 20/60 incorrect! AVOID TEST KING.

I purchased the Testking certification exam test for MQ8 Admin certification. I have had good results with Testking when obtaining my certification for MQ6 and MQ7. However, the MQ8 admin test was overflowing with errors, both in the questions and in the answers. I took screen shots of the faulty exam questions/answers and emailed them to Testking. Testking responded to me that their product team was working on the faults and would get back to me with an updated exam. After about 40 screenshot/emails to Testking I gave up trying to work with the exam. I thought perhaps that Testking would appreciate my feedback and the identification of the faulty exam questions/answers, but that was not the case. I emailed Testking and requested a refund based on the obvious - I had purchased a product that was faulty and of no use. The company's response to me was that their policy in this case was to provide another test of equal value - of course, this does not interest me at all - Testking should have refunded my purchase for this useless product. I wish I could give less than the 1 star on this review.

We're writing this one-star review and share our terrible experience of contacting Testking customer services.

Recently we ordered one of its Exam Q&A by mistake. Within an hour or so after the order was placed, we found out it was an error and requested to cancel along with our full explanations through *******@testking.com.

A customer support staff replied the next day but didn't respond to our cancellation request. Instead, he/she sent an installation file to instruct us get access to their test engine. We told them that we do not want to use the product but cancel the order and get refund. Then they said they cannot give us refund because they've already sent us the installation file. Remember we never ask for sending us any files to get access to the product.
The support staff used it as the reason of not granting us refund was absolutely dishonest and wrong. We felt strongly being pushed to use their product.

We've asked for an explanation from Testking in regard to such misconduct as well as a valid reason of not giving us refund. Since we were not informed of "final sales" when we purchased it, we believed their products can be returned as long as we do not have access to use the product. Testking products are not protected by law as "no return items" either as far as we know.

We have been asking to address our request to the managers or executive manager from Testking. We provided our phone number and email address for them to reach us, since we are not able to speak to the managers directly, except emailing to *******@testking.com. However, no manager has contacted us. There is no so-called customer "services" from Testking. The managers are unreachable.

After we read about all one star reviews from customers complaining about "scam", "rip off" after using their products, we decided to share our own experience with everyone – stay away from Testking!

For any and all Dell/EMC Exams, this group and testing engine is absolutely and completely worthless.
