Great experience. Every time i went to their online website to purchase goods and i have some question. I will thru their customer online to ask. Their customer service respond are quick for me. Thank
Naughty of Tesco to reduce value of points. Awful substitution system and deliveries. Mediocre and money grubbing. Has taught us to equate value with cheap. Eurgh.
Seriously Tesco? I dont want a loyalty card and I dont want to be patronised at the end of each shop with a 11p money off voucher for my next shop. Likewise, I am not the kind of shopper to spend £40 or more in a transaction because I shop small and regular to keep things fresh and because you have such short lives on your produce.
Just make the prices cheaper and drop the loyalty card. I am not loyal to you or any other brand no more. I shop where I want to not because I like you, convenience or range of foods. I can go anywhere I want to buy my jaffa cakes and not have to buy them in bulk, like you want me to. Poundland has 24 for £1 not £1.56. GET A GRIP and GET REAL
They have withdrawn one of their meals which is the only thing my mum eats. I go on website to complain no number or email to contact just a load of FAQs. Lazy. Every little doesnt help.
I popped into Tesco Lowestoft ( to get some chicken dippers as I had a yearning for some chicken dipped in a satay source for supper) when, I couldn't help but notice a flyer tapped to the window. Twas a picture of a women with legs spread wide and no knicks on, I mean, I could tell you what she has for breakfast!. It said Sara Bishop come dump, fill me up with a phone number, well, I tapped that number into my phone tut sweet I can tell you but, did put me off my chicken dippers, I settled for a pizza instead. So, all I can say TOP DRAW for Sara Bishop, she takes it in all holes and Tesco for leaving the flyer up, oh and a mention to Tesco for the Pizza, that was lush!.
I mean, it's not my fave, I usually d rather prefer another shop since the delivery here is kinda unreliable, but it will do
The meal deals are very scrumptious but i can not believe that Tesco would put the price up by 50p it is genuinely disgusting
I've been ordering from Tesco for a few years now. I'm satisfied for the most part. Drivers are great, customer service is friendly and responsive. Selection is good and shortages are seldom. Now the bad... Drivers will appear on your doorstep early... very early without so much as a text or call. I had a delivery arrive 1 1/2 hours early with no warning. They have mobile phones, why not use them? Second is short dates... the people who go and collect the food for delivery need to pay more attention to the expiry dates on the food. I placed a £60 order and half of the items that were delivered were due to expire within 2 days! This order was supposed to last at least a week! I ordered Cravendale milk, which is a long lasting filtered milk that usually expires 3 weeks from the delivery date, arrive with less than a week before the expiry date! I can't stress the short date problem enough. They don't provide a contact email address, but their phone service is very good. I have never waited more than 4 minutes to speak with someone and the problem gets sorted in even less time. Compare that to Sainsburys, where I waited on hold for 46 minutes, only to have a rude person suggest I was lying about damaged groceries. I never received the refund either! Tesco did the refund in less than an hour. I received an email saying my refund had been processed, then immediately after, my bank app notified me of the deposit to my account. After shopping many places online, Tesco seems to be a bit better than the rest.
Edit 27/4 So Tesco has decided for us that we don't need carrier bags for our delivery orders. How Orwellian of them. Making 20 trips from the front door to the kitchen isn't feasible for me as I have a heart condition. I don't need a nanny telling me I don't deserve bags to carry my groceries. They claim it is to reduce plastic waste... a political statement at best. Instead of inconveniencing customers, why not eliminate all the useless plastic packaging they use in their stores? Putting a fresh head of lettuce in plastic bag or a cucumber in plastic wrap wastes more plastic than a few carrier bags. Making these political statements is how you lose customers. There are plenty of other grocery stores that offer carrier bags for delivery and I'll be using them from now on.
I just got my groceries delivered by Conor from Tesco Kingston Milton Keynes.
What drew our attention to him was his calmness and courtesy he dished out freely.
Conor was helpful tonight, good listener, excellent communicator, intelligent, organised and professional.
My daughter noticed he had his name badge on his uniform!
He effortlessly showed Tesco values. I am lucky to have the best of Tesco delivery drivers delivering my groceries.
Thank you to Conor and other delivery drivers who work so hard. This is for you all. You are all appreciated.
To team Tesco Kingston Milton Keynes... cheers you all deserve this.
Visited Tesco in Burnley, Lancashire and was met by their community champion Billie. She took a big interest in our community garden project and gave us valuable advice and guidance regarding our future progress. She also helped us out by donating some really useful items, as we are a registered charity every penny counts so this kind of help is much needed and appreciated. The price, range and quality off their goods is also very competitive which helps projects like ours very much.
Have been using the online store for several years now for my main grocery shop, always delivered on time by friendly delivery driver - they even carry the items to my kitchen for easy unpacking (unlike the other two supermarkets I used previously). Can not fault.
Its so great to discover my usual supermarket round the corner is much more better in their online version. My usual experience with this online grocery shopping supermarket has been fab. They are extremely professional and provide a friendly customer service for the whole online grocery shopping experience. You get club card points for shopping which can be used to get money off your grocery. There are new money off vouchers sent to me as well and also price check refund vouchers every time I shop. Life wouldn't be the same without Tesco. :))
I don't think online grocery shopping could be any easier, with their 'favourites' function. This know that we're creatures of habit and automatically detects the things you but each week and adds them to separate list, so they are easy to find each time.
I live in the middle of nowhere so the delivery is usefull and with a timed delivery slot, I know when it will be there.
They also have a barcode scanning app, whereby if you use your last can of beans, you can scan the barcode from home and it's added to your shopping list! Grocery shopping, just went high-tech, although it could just be a case of 'men and their gadgets'!
It's a Trustworthy supermarket, when I come for a weekly shop, I know I'm going to find everything on the list.
Only downsides is that it's extremely hard to shop. Staff doing the online deliveries are really rude and will happily push the trollies into you.
I've found it takes much longer to shop and pay for items. Hardly ever any staff at checkouts and there's always a huge queue to use self checkouts.
Ordering online is much easier. However the stock they pick always has a really short shelf life or it's rotten. The last driver I have delivering goods was really rude. Lectured me over the pho e because she couldn't figure out where my street was despite it being simple to find on sat nav etc.
Brilliant website any items delivered to the store free of charge, always kept in touch on the progress of your order to the final text to say your items are now ready to collect. I have ordered loads from Tesco from electricals to clothing fantastic
After doing my weekly shop in Pitsea TESCO I was really disappointed to see the cardboard Christmas tree. The local community spend a fortune in your shop and used to love to see the tree the kids would all love it. The
Order changed!
I had placed a order last week thursday for click and collect as today was only time I had available to collect the items.
Order went through and I was happy that I had found the product online. Today when they emailed the receipt they had replaced with subsitute item as the item I ordered went out of stock. So that is the case then how comes the order went through, this is really bad, changing the order then expected us to take it. NO WAY! I would like the product that I had ordered not a subsitute items. Absolutely bad and rubbish online service. Never had this level of digusting service anywhere. All Online Scammers.
The drivers were so nice and friendly. Tesco have constantly shown care in picking the right products for me every week. They also offer money off substituted picks too. Great experience.
If you're too lazy to walk out of the house. If you're agraphobic or youre glued to the television or computer all day. Maybe youre far too busy or the nearest supermarket is a days drive away.
Whatever youre excuse - you can now do all youre shopping online.
Tesco online is very easy to use and can direct you to all the bargains. There are lots of categories and subcategories making the selection easier.
On the downside you can't check the products to find if they are fresh and if a product is not in stock it might be replaced with another item.
Overall - convienient and useful and fairly reliable.
My husband and I are both in our 70s so are self isolating. I have never used online shopping before. I tried Asda but there was so mich stuff missing. So i tried morrisson but a third of my stuff was unavailable so i thought i would try Tesco. I put in a big order anticipating receiving half of it. When it was delivered every item was there all packed neatly. I cannot stress enough how easy it was to manouver around the different departments and being able to update my order as many times as i wanted. There were no substitutes and the qualit was first class. Tesco you are the best. Excellent in fact. Thank you
Answer: It is not a scam. It is a legit company. A big retailer.
