Getting rid of germs in the workplace is a constant headache for me so I need a reliable brand to provide effective sanitizer. Terraboost consistently delivers on time and takes the time to answer any questions. The other day I was speaking to Sarah from customer service. She did a great job explaining the contents of their sanitizer.
I'm so busy with day to day things that it was great to work with a group that got right to the point and was easy to deal with. Everyone has been efficient and easy to work with. They developed great art work in a matter of days.
Terraboost contacting us to advertise in our local grocery store. They called the first day and after we gave our credit card information to begin the agreement, they stopped answering the phone. The phone messages goes straight to voicemail. I can not get a hold of them. They have charged me close to $900 that I had to dispute with my credit card company.
Im super excited with having my first Kiosk through Terraboost. This being my first experience has been a pleasant experience working with Thomas and Gary at Terraboost. Im looking forward to my real estate business growing with their help! What a great partnership. Thanks guys for your help!

I needed to get some advertisement done at a local store but wasn't sure if any of the local marketing/advertising agencies would be able to pull it off from a design and execution perspective. Fortunately, I came across Terraboost. The company brings in the best of both worlds the benefits of working with a large and experienced company and yet who are able to work and deliver at the local level. I don't go a day without using hand sanitizing wipes and Terraboost provides some of the best I've used in the last few years. There was an initial delay, but they kept me informed, which was reassuring. I enjoyed the quality of the wipes and will be ordering some more soon!

I immediately received an email with directions to start the artwork. Once I submitted some preferences and our logo I was contacted by the onboarding team to confirm this and he explained the next upcoming steps.
I am very pleased with my ad; it looks very professional. The ad rep was very responsive and helpful in his recommendations. Can't wait to see the ad on the kiosk at CVS! I highly recommend the services provided by Terraboost.

The display I contracted for is in no way the same as what was designed. While the artwork was correct the display is much smaller than what was shown in the mock up, additionally the placement of the display and the overall condition of it is that of a hack company, the hand sanitizing wipes were empty on day one and the display was in over all disrepair. I don't think they actually service the units or understand the areas in which they are placed
I just started working with Terraboost and my experience thus far has been excellent. My rep Tom has been professional, forthcoming and helpful. The artwork was edited to my satisfaction and I trust the campaign which just started will be successful

TerraBoost presented what I thought sounded like a good opportunity for kiosk advertising in a good location for my real estate business. It produced zero results in the first eight months of a 12 month contract, but I don't blame the company for that. However, in month 8, my advertising disappeared from my kiosk. I immediately contacted them and they promised to rectify the situation. It has been four months and they have not fixed the problem and have refused to issue a prorated refund for the missing time. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with this poorly run company/scam!

I came across Terraboost by accident when looking to buy hand sanitizer online. I called up the customer service line and spoke to Adam I wanted to find out more about the quality of the product. I was impressed with the answers and ordered a package. It arrived on time and the quality was as described.
Terraboost came to our office and showed us the benefits of advertising with them. I liked what they had to offer! I am so happy I chose them to spend my advertising dollars with. It seems your company is a fraud. Regarding our order #2408 from over 2 months ago, we only received the Flex wall dispenser steel wipe only. We were contacted you multiple times and received nothing. This dispenser basically is USELESS without the Tazza 70% alcohol-based wipes. We returned your Flex wall dispenser to you with the tracking number 1ZY4289V*******939. It was received by one of your staff name Josh on 6/22/20.
Anyway, please refund the FULL AMOUNT of our payment as follow:
- Flex wall dispenser steel wipe $189.00
- Tazza 70% alcohol-based wipes $192.00
TOTAL: $381.00

I ordered a large order of hand sanitizing wipes on April 4th that I am still waiting for. I keep emailing Jake at *******@terraboost.biz and *******@terraboost.com and I can't get a current response. Of course, I was charged over a month ago. This company is the worst and has false advertising. This is beyond frustrating

Also, your order will be shipped from Carson, CA so transit time from Carson to Kingsburg should not be more than a day or two. I give Terraboost 5 Stars for their review because my advertising campaign was hit hard(!) with COVID! When COVID closed everything down, my advertising dollars felt wasted. However, when I spoke with my Terraboost Rep, I was given an extension to ensure that my contracted exposure was maximized. I appreciate that they were willing to partner with me for a satisfactory result in an unfortunate time.
