I've ordered three items All three arrived in individual plastic bags. The tennis skirt and a black tennis shirt were neatly packed with the original
Labels. However, a white tennis polo shirt was stuffed in a bag. It was dirty with signs of being tried on many times or even worn. I considered complaining and returning but felt it was too much trouble to deal with it beause it was reasonably cheap on sale. Not sure I will trust the sale items at this company.

Was not convenient

I tried to set up the online account four times and kept having issues. Wanted to get my 30% discount through my league since all the girls were ordering the same outfits. But because I was unable to establish an account I paid full price.

I have generally enjoyed my order experience with TennisExpress. But, on this occasion, I ordered a couple of shirts to wear for a trip to the US Open over the Labor Day weekend and paid for expedited shipping for an indicated delivery date of 9/2. However, the shipping was inexplicably delayed and the delivery arrived 6 days late and after my trip. Also, one of the shirts had packaging that was previously opened and poorly taped closed. I'm disappointed with this shopping experience.

We purchased NikeCourt React VaporNXT shoes and within two months they wore through both soles. TE was no help. They claimed they contacted Nike and it was refused. If you are a frequent player and want value for purchase I suggest going direct to manufacturer to buy and not deal with TE. The customer service sucks.

Terrible service

After calling Tennis Express on the day my order was to be delivered, they told me it hadn't been shipped because of one color I ordered wasn't available....no email, no phone call, nothing; I wonder how long I would have had to wait, to find this out, if I had not called??? Then they promised express shipping to arrive on Monday; well, it finally came, today, Tuesday, 10 days after ordering, only because I called them, otherwise, who knows how my weeks I'd be kept waiting. They should have given me some sort of refund!!!!!!!! It would cost them less to do that than to lose me as a customer.....

Ordered Demo racquets that I could not demo because of bad air on west coast because of fires. Tried to contact via phone and email to extend demo service with no responses so racquets were sent back. Been trying to contact someone since then with no response. Nothing except that they received the racquets I sent back.

Well, I thought I was ordering a skirt, but to my surprise I got a tank top that was pictured with this top…ugh! And it is a final sale item with no refund or exchange available! Lesson learned…order from astore rather than online!

I think these shoes would be great if one is playing Basket Ball which I did about 75 years ago but now I just need a comfortable pair of shoes that fit me. Too hard for old lady to get her foot in the shoe with the tongue sewed in.

First return ever!

Unfortunately, shoe fit/size was not properly disclosed. Other competitors offering the same shoe recommend buying one size larger, but there was no indication of that when I ordered online. That being said, shoes are too narrow/tight and were returned via UPS two days ago as they are not true to size. I will expect a credit soon! Thanks.

Tried something new and failed. I guess my power and spin combination was to much for these strings. Had them loaded at 58 lbs. and hit with them for about an hour and then played a match. The strings were all over the place and I didn't feel any "pop" off of them especially on my serve. I am merely a recreational player with a 3.5 USTA rating who has only been playing for two years, but I will not go back to synthetic Gut anytime soon.

Items and service were generally good. Items delivered on time. Quality of items could have been better. Polo shirt was a bit light. Also realised that I should have chosen large instead of medium. All the same, using it like that.
But overall, I'm ok

Disappointing
May 6, 2021

Within 5 minutes of placing my order, I asked Tennis Express to cancel the order as I did not realize its free shipping did not include products over 7 pounds. The customer service rep stated that tennis balls did not simply fly to my home, so they charged for shipping them (I didn't think things under 7# did either, but...). I again asked to cancel the order. The only response was an automated email saying they would respond. They didn't. Instead, after a day, they sent me an "order shipped" notice.

I have the other 3 grand slam shoes that Asics produced, but they came in women's sizes. Calling these unisex shoes just means that they are cut for men's feet. I carefully purchased the correct size, but the toe box is too big in width as well as slightly longer which makes the shoe feel awkward during play. If I went down a size the arch of my foot which is high would have never fit in the shoe. I love Asics and have been buying them for many years, just disappointed they went for this short cut on such an expensive shoe.

During the last 2 weeks I have ordered 12 pair of tennis sneakers. Besides from you, include Amazon and Zappos as well.

I ordered them on September 10. It is now the 21st. How am I supposed to remember from whence your order arrived? It would have been very easy for you to have included a pic of that which you sent me. CS needs improvement.

I'm very pleased with my purchase of shoes. I have a good history with the K-Swiss brand, but the website is full of information to help me narrow down my choice. Not many folks can shop for shoes without trying them on. My choice worked great. Shipping was free, and that's a nice perk!

I ordered 2 tennis racquets and filled out the proper form (stringing, grip size etc). I received an email saying that stringing instructions were not clear and to contact customer service. After 3 hours I finally reached a human. He was abrupt to the point of being rude. When I was finished repeating the instructions, the agent just hung up. No thank you or goodbye. The next day I again received the same email asking me to call customer service. This time I left my contact information. I received no return call. I finally used their live chat. It produced no reply. As this was a Christmas present, I became concerned and was ready to cancel my order and purchase elsewhere when I got an order shipped email. In the future, if I have to interact with customer service, I might seek another vendor.

I ordered two pairs, of size 11 by mistake, and was thinking I got it wrong, it would be too big because I never worn a size 11 shoe before, all my previous were either 10.5 or 10.

For reasons I can't explain, this size 11 wont even let my foot in. Just outright small. There must have been something wrong either with the sizing label or a design/production defect. Now I got two pairs of shoes I will never be able to wear.
