Tennis Express

Love the look of this tennis shoe and it feels good upon first fitting. However they are narrow and I can only wear for less than a set. If I could return them I would because they hurt my feet and I can't wear them thru a full match, but since I've worn them I can't.

The shoes were delivered in an acceptable amount of time but not to the address as requested. The individual for whom they were purchased received the package and it was meant as a Christmas gift. Not a major deal in this case but slightly annoying. I have no qualitative assessment as of yet, maybe after Christmas.

The latest order for the bumper guards were delivered in a timely manner. Thank you. However, unlike a previous delivery of the same items (another tennis supplier?) these were placed in a small plastic envelope and the bumpers were bent. I am not sure if this deforms the bumper, but placing these in a larger envelope would be much better.

Shoe's arrived in time - I have been trying to get these shoe's for a while now and finally got the chance. Nadal Lunar's are tied (due to more ankle support). The Oscillate's are amazing and super comfortable - They provide amazing comfort for the front and back of the foot. Only snag - Angle of where the shoe cut's off is right at the ball of the ankle - For those with weak ankle's make sure to wear that brace!

The tennis dress did not fit. Once I read the small print, I realized I did have to pay for returning it. Was not happy about this as Tennisexpress advertises free shipping and returns but doesn't say in bold that the return has to be over a certain amount of $$$. I will not order from Tennisexpress unless I am certain of sizing which will limit my ordering.

Very happy with my purchase of New Balance shoes (pink!) and clothing, and Nike clothing. Tennis Express quickly processed my return with a larger size. Less satisfied with Underarmour shorts due to fit and inferior elastic waistband. I don't play tennis but would definitely return to this site for workout clothes and shoes.

Extremely low price on Prince Bryan Brothers rackets. Received an email on 11/19 that items were delivered, but they were not delivered until 11/22. This is not Tennis Express fault. I would absolutely recommend that you patronize this business

The site says they ship the same day - maybe they do, but my purchase didn't seem to arrive as quickly as purchases I have made from other online fulfillment sites. I would not have purchased here if they didn't offer free returns, which thankfully they do - because the tennis shoes I ordered did not fit.

Excellent customer service! I can always find something to buy on Tennis Express. The website is organized very nicely, the reviews very helpful. The pictures and sizing guides spot on. I highly recommend them. I've also been to the store in Texas!

I got my new Nike tennis shoes on Tuesday and wore them Wednesday, fit like a glove and offer great support! The price was right, $78 for $140 shoe. I was at my pro shop yesterday and they were marked at $134! Yeah they were a sale item and happened to be in my size, but that happens often at 10S express!

Did not have a single problem with ordering or getting my package. If anything the shoes arrived much faster than I anticipated, I would definitely order from Tennis Express again. For reference I bought a pair of Adida Barricades 2016 edition.

We ordered a tennis bag and a shirt. It arrived when promised and I love the little free tennis ball key chain they added to the order. I'm sure it costed them almost nothing to add it but my daughter thought it was cool.

I ordered shoes, a spf shirt and tennis skirt. The shoes and shirt fit fine. I'm sending the skirt back. Terrible make. The hem went up at least 2 inches on each side. Looked awful.

The color is beautiful! The shoe fits perfectly and it was so easy to order. Although it said it was same day or next day delivery instead it was a few days. I had to wear regular cross training show for tennis two days and I got a blister. Very happy to have the new shoes. New Balance always fits my foot.

I ordered racquet replacement grips to be delivered to an address different from my credit card address. I received a voice message from Tennis Express which I understood to say that I had to replace my order. I did so and now have twice as many grips as I wanted. Maybe I will live long enough to use them all.

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered didn't fit, but returning them was very easy and the customer services department was very helpful on the phone. Will definitely continue shopping with Tennis Express.

I ordered an item 10 days before Christmas only to hear two days later it was on backorder. Eventually shipped on December 20 via two-day UPS. Didn't get delivered until December 26. Should make more effort to get items to purchaser, particularly in the Christmas season.
