Sorry have to give it a lower rate because of my experience. Everything was good until I tried to pick up my order. The guy at the counter was helping me with finding my item. But this old Mexican guy was being rude and saying that they didn't receive any order. And didn't even try to check for it. Told them I got an email saying it was ready for pick up. He was saying that they don't have anything and that they should send me away. My wife was even with me and was going pissed off. I kept my head cool and just told the other guy to just call me when they find it. So I called the store that I ordered it from. Explained what happened. It arrived a day before. So now I have a really good reason to be pissed! A+ for the Asian guy that was helping me and to the old Mexican guy. You should not be working there! Poor customer service!
No issues at all. Order was shipped quickly. I would order from again in the future.

Order was place and paid last June 21. Received an email that is processed and shipped via USPS with tracking number. Checked tracking number and it states that label has been created and awaiting package. It is Monday the 24th and USPS has yet to received the package. I am very disappointed. It was supposed to be 2 - 3 day shipping. What happened?!

We have reviewed the details of your order. Your order was placed late on Friday, June 21. The label was created and the package was prepared on Saturday, June 22 yet USPS won't actually pick up or process the package until the next business day -- which was yesterday, Monday, June 24. You are absolutely correct in how long it was supposed to take. At the time of creating your label, our system showed 2 day - which would get the package to you tomorrow (Wednesday). According to USPS, you should receive your package by Thursday, June 27. We are truly sorry that you are disappointed, but we, unfortunately, do not have control over the shipping services processes or delivery schedules.

I was looking for a specific racquet at the local GSM and they didn't have my grip size (and didnt offer to get one from another store or warehouse). The GSM online store had the one I wanted, but I inadvertently ordered the wrong racquet. When I called customer support, I was immediately transferred to the director of online sales. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct racquet from another store and sent me a free return shipping label to ship back the incorrect one. The customer service experience made a loyal customer out of me!

GAME-SET-MATCH went the extra Mile for ME! (They are serious about their Tennis' patrons; I ordered 3 racquets from them, and a Ms.Chrissy Ready head of the On-Line department matched all three racquets so the specs would be the same, at no extra charge!) They understand the Tennis player's mind! With that being said, I will only buy from them', It's the personal touch that the warehouse's on- line are not willing to do!

The guys at game set match are nice but they unfortunately sent me some green dot balls that were dead. I didn't realize they were super dead until I opened all 6 bags. They would have allowed a return of unopened bags but it was too late for me. Better to just deal with tennis warehouse

It's true that we don't take back opened, used items - however, we did give you a $50 gift card to use on any other purchase - that's nearly 1/2 your money back. The balls you purchased are low compression balls (as indicated by the packaging in bags, not pressurized cans) and don't bounce like a regular tennis ball - by design. You were also offered deeper discount pricing as a teaching pro. Our apologies that our attempts to reconcile were not on par with your expectations. We are sad to see you go elsewhere.
I was shopping for a particular tennis racket that was unavailable locally so I began an online search. In comparing the same product from one company to another I determined you had the best price and ease of ordering. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived not only on time but already strung, which is rare for a new racket bought online.

I placed an order for a tennis bag that was pretty much out of stock everywhere I looked. The order got held up due to USPS not picking up on schedule. I sent an email to see why it had not got past the shipping label. The store changed the shipper to UPS and it arrived 2 days later. They went above and beyond for an issue that was out of their control.
I love my bag and now I'm a big fan of this store!

Tennis balls are hard to find these days. I ordered a case from Game-Set-Match and they were shipped to the store closest to me within two days. I also got a call and an email when they were ready to pick up - quick and efficient service.

I ordered a tennis bag which was in stock. The charge was made to my credit card. Then I received an email stating that there was a problem with the inventory and that I could cancel the order and receive a refund which it did. I was informed that the refund would appear 3-5 days later. It has now been over a week without a refund.

Online center sent wrong color. Store employee persisted to get the order straightened out and correct bag sent this week.
