Ordered a case of tennis balls which were "in stock" did not receive then checked on the order, only to see the status changed to "cancelled" I was never notified that the item was not in stock, never notified that the order had been cancelled. I had to email them asking for an update or refund. Do not recommend! Poor customer support.

We're so sorry for the inconvenience. As we indicated in the email we sent you this morning, the system alerted you last week to the order cancellation. Please check your junk mail. The refund was processed. It could take up to 7 days for it to appear on your credit card statement. Again, we know this is truly inconvenient and appreciate your understanding.
They contacted me to confirm my address right away. And mailed it out the same day. Very friendly and efficient.
