I'm so sorry to hear that this package has not arrived. I received and replied to your email this morning with further information regarding your package tracking. There is nothing GSM, Inc. can do to correct USPS with package delays, however we have refunded your shipping charges and will reship your items Monday.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

1/12/2022 update: Package finally arrived on Nov 30. Took 15 days for package to arrive at destination. Karen, thanks again for your patience and understanding. I appreciate your friendly tone in our email correspondence. Glad everything worked out!

Established in 1989, Game-Set-Match, Inc. (GSM, Inc.) is the premier racquet and paddle sport retailer in Colorado. With 4 retail stores along the front range of the rocky mountains, GSM, Inc. provides world-class B2C and B2B service to Colorado residents, teaching professionals, racquet and paddle clubs, and pro shops. With our online store, we are not able to provide the same world-class service to the rest of the United States.

Game-Set-Match, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Adam Burbary. After years of playing and teaching tennis, Adam opened the first location Centennial, Colorado. The company established momentum through teaching as well as the retail business, and a second location opened in 2005. Fast forward to today, Game-Set-Match, Inc. has an online store, operates four retail stores, five pro shops, as well as a distribution center.
