I have placed over 20 orders with Temu in the last 4 months. Only two of them were over $14 (just in case). I get cheap, use 3-times-a-year items usually. I was unsatisfied with 3 out of the 100+ items I ordered. I gave those items 2 or 3 star reviews and Temu encouraged me to return/refund them. I don't take a picture of item as requested; I don't request a refund (tell them to just apply as a credit), and they tell me to keep item/throw away/donate the item; the credit is automatically applied to next order. Never had a problem with that. I understand deliveries take about 2 weeks: the one time a delivery was late, they credited my account the $5. I tried a clothing item (it was too thin); I tried jewelry (it looked chintzy); I tried an electronic item (it worked fine). So I know what to expect from them and order accordingly. You are paying 1/5 th what you'd normally pay>>so lower your expectations. Don't order $100 at a time and don't ask for refunds; ask for account credits (that way they know you'll be back). The 919 complaints on BBB are about expectations (in quality, delivery time, refund/crediting). Wise up: I'm 72 yr. Old and like the company and its products (despite being a very wealthy, snobby gentleman.)

Orders are late they say they give you a $5.00 credit if it is late but you have a $10.00 min. Charge so that $5.00 is worthless so no matter what they are not giving you anything.

I ordered the air bed that fits in a vehicle so you can sleep in it. I got a dog bed and was told I received the correct order. I sent pics and still was told it is was the right thing I ordered.

Put in a decent order for my company, paid through Paypal that has already verified my payment credit card, after Temu accepted my order and Paypal purchase, a few hours later, they refunded it asking for verification of the credit card I used through Paypal, they wanted me to send them a credit card statement to verify that I an the actual owner of the credit card, Paypal guarantees this this as they have done this with me already. Complete garbage, I will spend my money as I have at AMAZON, trusted purchasing site for products, stay away from temu crap!

I was asked to verify my account by sending in photo of last 4 of my card did that. They were unable to verify. Then they wanted a photo of my card statement. Hell no it was my bank statement!

I'll be honest, I was extremely skeptical of Temu at first. I thought it was a scam and I told myself i wouldn't purchase or play the games on there. Well, one of my close friends and her family all had purchased items from Temu and had done so multiple times so i automatically gained a little bit of trust in the app and decided to go ahead and order some stuff. It took about a week or so for a large order to arrive, some arrived in parts and ordered arrived in full in a large box. The items are 95% as described on the website. I have placed EIGHT orders so far all of which (except one since I just ordered it) has come in and I've been pretty happy with what I've ordered. I'll say the clothing is touch and go but otherwise it's a win for me. And the games you can play to win free items actually works! Granted it's a tedious method to win however I can confirm it works as I won 4 free items and 2 $50 credits WHICH did work when I placed a $100 order, it was free! It seems to good to be true but this app is legit and I've loved everything so far.

I am an elderly lady who really cares about how I look and dress. My make-up and hair are always done and I don't leave my home unless they are. I manage a Senior Mobile Home Park. When residents come in I always get complements on either my outfit, my shoes or my jewelry. Most always it is from Temu. After a couple of weeks they will come in and either tell me my recommendation of Temu is the best thing that has happened to them in a long time or they are really upset because they can't stay off of the website. I have several who come in to show me their "new wardrobe". Two people have told me the haven't been able to afford new clothes in years and with Temu they can. One resident told me she can now buy 1 complete outfit a month thanks to my recommendation of Temu. Obviously, I tell everyone.
I was leary of ordering from ANY website other than the popular one, but Temu is wonderful. I get everything I order in a timely fashion and love almost everything I get. I have even bought things for my friends because everything is so inexpensive. They love it too. I think my favorite are the shoes and earrings, but everything else has always been just as described. Temu delivery service cannot read because they left my package at the wrong place simply dropped it off somewhere they think they dropped it off at my place well I do not live at a motel I live in a nursing home completely different so I'm out so do not place an order with Temu you will not get your package.!

I really don't understand why everybody says it's a scam. Yeah the stuff comes from China but it's EXACTLY as they advertise. Very good price and really did not take that long, not near as long as some of my orders from other companies have. I paid $17 for all of this stuff. I ordered three pairs of shoes. The first pair I began to tighten up the laces and the lace tore right through the eyelet. The other two pairs of shoes were advertised as "HEY DUDES" a brand of shoes. These shoes ARE NOT "HEY DUDES". Legal?

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
