Buyer beware. I have used Templatemonster and Monsterone for 5-6 years and never had a single issue, until now. I'm not sure if they changed who does their support or what, but something changed.
If you have any issues with a theme, the support will not actually try to help. They will read off the standard BS lines on their computer screen, "it is you", "it is your host", it is anything but a problem on their end. I had a problem that was clearly a problem with the theme that I purchased from them and yet they kept pushing the blame on to me or my host.
For some silly reason, the theme installation is a theme and a plugin that supports the theme. When I used the plugin that came with the theme, it was actually the plugin that the theme will not function without, it would not work with Elementor. Of course the theme is an Elementor theme, so it requires Elementor and it requires the plugin. When I disable the plugin, Elementor functions, however the site looks like hell almost as though there is not theme installed. They gave me setting to check on my server and installation, which were all correct or already set.
I tried to tell the support, I gave them very specific examples and they just kept saying it was the plugin and I should disable the plugin. Hmmmm, uhm, the theme and the plugin are both required to work together, so I can't disable one as the other will not work. I tried to explain this to them.
They refused to listen to logic or contact the developer of the theme and kept telling me that it was my problem. So I used another Elementor theme, one that didn't require the buggy plugin and shocking, without a single change to the server or the website, besides the theme and disabling their buggy plugin, it worked perfectly. Yet, they insisted that it is my issue, not the theme and to disable the plugin that is causing the problem and to use quality plugins, lol.
I can deal with the attitude they had that doesn't bother me, but I can't deal with the fact that they refused to actually provide support and try to correct the problem or at least get the developer to look into it. I will NEVER use them again, this is NOT how support should be and they should be ashamed of themselves.
