I had some 3 old Moto CMS template sites error out once i added the new version of CMS to my hosting... i had edited them to perfection. As i am still working on expanding and mastering the look of my last template that crashed the other 3... i started looking for replacements for unique ideas that are not in the categories listed. I explained my needs to Michelle and unlike the person before her... she went to work on diving into my ideas and guiding me to a template suggestions that could jump start a category that is not listed in the selection. She made me feel better that i can no longer use my flash based CMS moto templates that was edited to perfection but... move forward with the new version toward a fresh idea.
Another will be edited to perfection... dear to see how far i get with no coding...

I went on chat for some help. Usually some sites you have to end up waiting for the person to connect. Here Sandy got connected quickly and my request was taken care of within few minutes. I prefer chat as it gives me option to work on the side when I am busy. I liked the service and the pings that prompts me too.

There are so many templates to choose from, and they are works of art. They elevate the visual impact of the work I deliver to my clients 1,000 percent. I was looking for a Multiproduct Shopify theme and Luigi contacted me from Support and he was so awesome; brought me 2 themes right exact to my needs and then explained me the whole process from store setup to shipping and product setups. I contacted the support because of a couple question before purchasing the license, they helped a lot, gave me information I didn't know. Every time we have contacted them for questions about the templates we are interested in, we get really fast and gut response.
