I ordered my "Let's Go Brandon" long sleeved shirt (love the shirt!) and I gave delivery #*******, should've been #*******. Anyway, all my fault, as to why the PO returned my shirt. I called teeshirtpalace, talked to McKayla, told her my problem, she said no problem, I'll take care of it! I gave her correct address, two days later I had my shirt (love my shirt!)... McKayla did an awesome job... THANK YOU!
Scammers use bots to steal designs from Amazon merch and they repost them of sell them to sites like this. Please don't support site like the that steal from other artists.
I would not recommend purchasing any custom cups from this company. I uploaded custom artwork created on another website. The first shipment artwork was slanted. They were apologetic and shipped a second set of cups. Unfortunately, this too was flawed in that one side of the cup was printed correctly and the second side was only partially printed. The attached picture shows the first shipment (2 cups) on the right and the second shipment (2 cups) on the left. Both images show the front and back of cups. The single-cup image shows the slanted printing on the first shipment. I sent pictures and they denied there was a problem. I worked through PayPal and their solution was to ship the items back at my cost. I requested a shipping label but I was ghosted. For a $55 purchase, they wanted me to ship back custom cups for $26-30. They appeared not to want to make things right even though it was their failure. I suggest that if they are unable to do custom printing, they should leave that portion of the business behind.
Was well pleased at all aspects until I tried the sweatshirt on. I'm overweight, and even having a 3x was weigh to tight on bellie, and sides. All other 3x I buy has plenty room. Count me out going forward unless you will use a cut that fits(as is the case with the dozens of others I buy per year...

First order we received, the medium shirt was way too small. We ordered an X-Large which fit better. Not sure how you size your shirts but you may want to forewarn your customers that your shirts run small and that they mat want to order a size larger.
The print on the shirt was very bad quality and I expected more of a feminine fit. Looks like a little boys shirt. Stiff material. Not worth the price I paid. Pretty disappointed. I was really excited for the shirt
Everything went smoothly except for the delivery process. The ordered item came several days after it was originally scheduled for and the tracking was almost useless because it was not regularly updated.
I ordered a Godzilla sweatshirt for my son for Christmas and when it came it was blurry and hard to read. Although they were very willing to try and fix the issue, when the second one came it was exactly the same. I'm very disappointed because the whole appeal of the design itself was to be able to see and read the details but it is impossible to see anything clearly.
Basically easy, but trying to get information about an exchange was confusing because the purchase was made through one company name and the exchange was made via another company name.
Once I figured that out, then the service was very responsive!
Why is it that you're using Caucasian people on Black History Month products instead of actual black or brown people as models?! Stop using Caucasian people to advertise Black History Month products you're not pro black if you're not using black models! You're clearly just advertising the product so you can make money off of it but why not actually use models of color and be pro black?!
Decent (not excellent) shirt, decent (not excellent) shipping. Was lucky to get my order however, checked out as guest with PayPal which filled in my address as countless other times at other places- and somehow TeShirtPalace ignored my apartment number and left it off the shipping label.
Mediocre experience, won't be bothered with them again as there are plenty of competent business out there capable of getting a simple address correct.
Placed my order on Dec. 1st and still do not have a tracking #. This is after ending them several times. It would take days for them to reply. Was told my order had to come from another vendor. I again email them to ask if my order would be in before Christmas and was told it should be in before christmas. Few days past I emailed him again and told him should is an unacceptable answer but I need to know am I getting my order on am I not getting my order. I have not gotten a reply so I have since filed a dispute with PayPal.
It was easy to place the order and choose the expedited shipping level I wanted. When I initially entered my billing info, though, I got an error message because I had inadvertently skipped a step. After entering that info and submitting the order, I noticed that the shipping level I had initially chosen had reverted back to standard shipping. I then had to call to get the shipping level changed back to what I wanted. The site's programmer may need to review the order form to prevent the shipping option to be changed automatically as happened in my case.
The T-shirt was a gift for my sister. She is pleased with the shirt. The ordering process was easy and the T-shirt was received in a timely manor. I appreciate the follow up email to confirm we received the T-shirt.
I ordered matching pjs for myself and my husband. We were having our first family Christmas brunch with kids and grandkids. Since I was hosting it, I wanted to make sure I got funny pjs since it was also a pajama party. I ordered since they said they would be in by December 23rd. I am thinking great have time to wash them. The 23rd came and went, no package no notice regarding the hold up. The next day same. So by 10 pm on Christmas Eve no package.
My husband and I were the only members of my family without the pjs. Which made me sad, and angry with myself to trust online shopping. So I am to received Christmas pjs after Christmas? So when I do finally get the package, I will be charged to return them and also pay to do so. How awful! Shame on your policies. I promise I will let my friends and family know not to use your site for purchases.

I got a 2T sweater that runs so small. It looks like an iron was left on it on a couple of different places. It was a Christmas present so don't want to deal with the hassle of returning or refunding since it won't get here on time
I needed my 2 kids shirts for the start of the olympics and each of the two times I called to inquire McCalla answered, she was professional and knew exactly where my order was! Delivered on time and very well received by two little boys!
I'm so disappointed, I ordered 3 shirts for Cinco de Mayo that said Cinco de meoww. Seeing we're sheltering in place, we were looking forward to wearing our cute shirts for our dinner in. When I purchased it clearly stated they would arrive between May 1-4. It said nothing about delays or possibility of it going beyond the 4th. If that was the case, i would NEVER have ordered from here. Sadly enough I got my shirts the 6th... I guess we can wear ours next year, but my daughter's 12 month onsie won't fit her again and I am not bothering to send it back since they charge a 20% restocking fee. Horrible customer service, lack of urgency when shipping and the quality is so/so. Thank god I ordered a large, the tanks run small for women. Either way, after having an uneventful email exchange with customer service, I won't be ever ordering again. Lame.
Let's see …first I placed an order for 2 shirts. They sent me only one and not what I ordered. Sent me a new package. Wasn't delivered. I have a video camera and fed ex wasn't here and hasn't delivered anything to me unless they are a ghost and hid the package. Of course fed ex says they delivered it and of course this place chooses to believe them over me and will only refund me 80% of what I paid for. So I didn't get anything I ordered and lost 20% of my payment. Pretty sweet experience.
