Being a past customer, I knew exactly what to expect.
The graphic on the TeeShirt looked exactly as pictured.
The shirt was sized well and met all of my expectations and then some.
I will be ordering from them again when the time for a new, interesting Tee arrives.

TeeShirtPalace was wonderful in expediting a shirt to me that was going to be late in coming and which I needed for the birthday of an 86 year old man. I don't know how they did it, but it arrived on time and I was so pleased. Turned out the shirt (a size medium) was too small and had to be exchanged for a large. The exchange process couldn't have been easier. Once again, the shirt was delivered really quickly. I am very grateful to TeeShirtPalace and enjoyed dealing with them.

My experience with T-shirt palace was OK,
I felt it took them a little too long to mail the product out. My problem was with the Postal Service the package came completely squished the paper seams were ripped and someone had obviously stepped on the whole package because there is a footprint on the envelope! I had to use pliers to straighten up the pins on the back so it would clasp. I know that is not the shippers fault but just to give him a heads up that he might want to use heavier duty shipping envelopes!

Shirt was defective…. Misspelled lettering by the manufacturer. What should have been Club was spelled CLUF.
TeeShirtPalace responded quickly and fairly. Would have been better to catch it before shipping though.

Site was easy to browse. Checkout was fast and easy. The shirt arrived in the right design, color, and size and is of good quality. And it was shipped SUPER fast. (I'm still waiting on shirts ordered the same day from lesser vendors, so thank YOU TeeShirtPalace.)

I purchased a Christmas tree ornament for my daughter who is a school counselor. The words were off center and so tiny you couldn't even read what it said. The message was stamped on in black and not clear. Certainly not worth the money I spent on it. You need a magnifying glass to read it. The ornament itself was nice. Would not recommend this product.
I did contact customer service and the refunded my money. So thank you, for wonderful customer service! I really appreciated that! They suggested I put the wording on something larger, which I may do.

It took awhile to get the order shipped. I had to call to find out what the hold up was on shipping and the person I spoke to was very kind and courteous. I do understand there are shipping problems and things are delayed. But I can say overall it was a good experience and I will order from you in the future.

I had ordered a tee like this through an Etsy vendor. It was not even close to "true to size" and the material was so low quality you could see your hand through it. I took a chance with "The TeeShirt Palace" and got a true Large Tall. The material is nice thick tshirt material and the graphics are high quality. :) Highly recommended

I wanted to buy some of these tee shirts, but I didn't want them to come from China. I found the Tee Shirt Palace on line and I'm happy I did. I received my order quickly and it was exactly as described.

Best experience ever! From now on, all of my special designed t-shirts will only come from teeshirtpalace. I ordered a specific shirt and when it arrived, I realized one of the letters wasn't a perfect print. I contacted the company and was informed that it was the designers style for it to have that look. I looked back on the website and they were absolutely correct. The image on the website was identical to what I received. They informed me that I could pick a style I preferred and it would be no cost. They also told me to do whatever I wanted with the original shirt for me to not worry about sending it back. That is what I call customer service at its best! T-shirt Palace will forever have my business.

I was looking for a Papa sweatshirt that I had bought from another company and it only made it through a few washings before it ripped. You not only had it but had a lot of nice Papa sweatshirts. I ended up buying the one I was looking for plus another one. I may take another look at the mugs and other items that you have and make another purchase.

I don't know if it's the internet or your website, but I had to submit my order twice because it just wouldn't go through.
I won't give up on your company though, I will just try on a different device.
