It was really easy and the shirts are super cute I cannot wait to get them in the mail so I can start wearing mine. I had a little trouble with ordering the wrong size but they fixed it very quickly. Greatly impressed with customer service!

This site was very user friendly. Can't wait to get the hats in. The online chat is great too. Did not need it but it was very customer oriented to have someone on the other side let me know they were here if i needed them.

Put a link for the size cart either at the item or at the top of each page. Also, give us more female fits and make as many of these as you can in the softer cotton. I find that some of the material is bit stiff, while other Ts are quite comfortable.

I made the mistake about not reading the instructions about qualifying for the cup. Thank you for sending it anyways. It was my fault. I am so sorry. You have top-notch customer service. It's obvious that your company values customers and strives for satisfaction. For quick and careless readers like myself, could the freebie instruction screen be available as a pop-up in the shopping cart area for a reread? LOL

I shopped using my iPhone and it was pretty easy! I'm sure a laptop may have made it a bit easier to get around the site. My order came fast and I LOVED everything! My young adult daughter asked me were her monogrammed shirts were...placing another order, soon! :)

I happened upon a Facebook ad and started an order from there. I had to do a couple of things before I completed my order and worried about finding what I wanted again, but it magically appeared when I logged in, even not connected through Facebook. I was really thankful for that! This was stress-free, and I REALLY appreciate the price! I ended up ordering for myself and 6 other teacher friends! Thank you!

The website moves very slow and is hard. The products are cute and like them. I have no idea about the Sherpa yet, it is for my daughter for Xmas. Shipping was way slow and too expensive which has stopped me in the past from purchasing family set tee shirts we all wanted. Sorry it really not the expensive to ship a tee shirt.

I absolutely love buying from your company and have made several purchases over the past few years. Prices, selection and quality are fantastic. I do wish shipping was more affordable. I hate that is increases with the more I buy. I actually would purchase more items if the shipping was less expensive or even free at a certain, lower dollar amount.

I would like to see visual color samples so you know what the actual colors look like when personalizing font etc. However, when my shirts came they were just what i expected! Great quality and size chart is very accurate. Would like them to ship a little sooner but overall very satisfied!

T shirts are very easy to find by category. Would like to see shipping/delivery time shortened. It took almost 2 weeks to receive my order, but the estimated processing and delivery schedule was explained and noted when I ordered the shirts. I guess I just need to plan ahead and allow sufficient time when ordering from your site. Overall, great quality of shirts and materials used.

My first time ever ordering from your site. The shirt was very cute. Printing seemed very good. Cardigan was extremely light weight. I wish there would have been more of a description on that. Overall, I was pleased with my order.

Actually this is my second time. Not sure what happen on first order with size being different than my what I ordered. But they were very nice. Customer service was great. This is always a plus for me. Will order again.

Love the specials and easy purchasing. I always get lots of compliments on my shirts. This started with one teacher and now there are several of us at my school. We love showing off our new shirts and letting each other know when something new has come out.
