Longest Ship Ever

According to this survey site, my Purchase Date was April 19th. According to my bank account and confirmation email, my Purchase Date was April 10th. The ship date was April 19th. So, nine days to throw it in a bag and hand it off to FedEx. At this point, I'm already irritated.

Set that nine days aside. What about what happened after FedEx got their hands on it? The expected delivery date was May 1st. Can't be right, Almost two weeks to ship in the lower 48? So I watched it. First Delivered to my local FedEx office on Friday the 21st. Early Saturday the 22nd, it's all checked in. Wouldn't you think "Out for Delivery" on Monday, That's what I was thinking. Instead, they had to spend a day rechecking it in. Then another day shipping it to a central office and then back to the same satellite office.

Here we are on the 26th, the order has finally arrived. As usual, a great print quality. And the real reason I buy TeeFury, they use shirts of appropriate length for a person of my height. Most t-shirts out there are too short in the body. These are just right.

I'm still irritated. Nine days before it was shipped. I'll be speculating on that for time to come. If it's a made to order thing, I don't know how they expect to scale that model. Then there's FedEx as the inexpensive ship option. I don't know how they're the option when they're still more expensive than a prepaid bag from USPS. For the cost of shipping, I could almost buy another shirt.

Having clothes that fit is the more important thing. So I'd recommend ignoring the daily designs. That will be more expensive in the long run. Just wait for a coupon and do a bulk order. You're going to end up waiting for your order anyhow.

Be advised that HolidayFury and AAF Nation, LLC are the same company. I was on the AAF Nation website and got switched over to Holiday Fury. I Ordered a sweater on 12-9-16. I was contacted by them saying was not in stock on 12-13-16 (oddly enough the only email from them that went to spam no others did). I contacted them on 12-15-16 asking about the order and what was the gift cards for. Apparently when they cant fufill the order the send you a gift card to order something else. I requested on 12-18-16 for a full refund and again on the 20th. I turned it over to Paypal. It did no good. After corresponding back and forth past Christmas and me repeatedly asking for a refund because I bought a sweater elsewhere it went no where. All of a sudden when I receive a final from Paypal that I had to confirm the complain to push it forward I did so on 1-2-16. Well today I got an odd letter from Paypal saying that the company provided them a tacking number which shows it was delivered to me on the 27th by USPS. Of course I never got it. Something else struck me very odd, I entered the code provided to me into the USPS website, it did show a delivery was left in/around my mailbox on the 27th at (6:30pm) our mail is never delivered that late it usually is done by noon. Im wondering what exactly did they delivery. It was not an obvious sweater. I plan on contacting USPS tomorrow when they open to get some more information as well as my credit card company since Paypal can not do anything since the company claimed they sent the item. Ive contacted the company since I received the letter from Paypal requesting proof that they sent the item with a tracking number since I got that one from paypal and of course received no replay. They have gone silent. Include me in the class action lawsuit if one is filed *******@aol.com. This company must be brought down so no one else falls for this scam.

Update: January 28

I still have had no response from TeeFury. I have been banned from posting on their Facebook page after trying to reach out to them there. I don't understand why they wouldn't just answer me and tell me what's going on with my order. I've had it with them. I requested a refund and I submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. It seems that, by law, they were supposed to tell me a revised shipping date right away and give the opportunity to cancel. By law, if they had two or more delays and didn't get confirmation from me that I was fine with waiting, they were supposed to automatically cancel and refund me themselves. So, this is not just bad customer service, this is possibly illegal. I will update when/if I hear anything, but I will NEVER buy from them again and I will advise everyone I know not to take the chance. There are plenty of other t-shirt sites that carry the exact same shirts, from the exact same artists. I'm not rich enough to be able to take these kinds of chances with my money.

Every retailer knows that communication is one of the most important things to maintain customers. Except this one. I ordered $200 worth of Christmas presents from them on November 16,2015. A week or two later, they sent a generic email to everyone advising that they were delayed due to a change in production. Ok, I could understand that. Maybe I'd still get the shirts in time; they weren't clear. I waited. Some time later, they sent another email saying basically the same thing. Ok, the shirts wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Time to go shopping for other stuff. On December 18, I submitted a support ticket to find out if they could be more specific about wait times. I got a confirmation saying that I would have a response within 7 days. Three or so weeks later, they sent out another mass generic email that apologized, but said nothing except that we had to keep waiting. They have been fulfilling new orders, but those of us who have been waiting so long seem to be an afterthought. They think they'll get ours out by the end of January. But they don't know for sure, and neither do I. More than a month after I submitted my ticket, and more than two months after I placed my order, I continue to wait. This is completely unacceptable and would never happen at a more professional company. I loved their shirts in the past, but I won't order from them again. I have many years of retail experience, including online, and I would be mortified if I accidentally failed to respond to a customer in this way. I would certainly never do it on purpose to so many.

I have purchased from TeeFury in the past and never had any issues. However, back in May I ordered a shirt from them and the money was taken out of my account within the next day or two. When I never got a shipping notification from them after about 2 weeks I e-mailed them and got no reply. I e-mailed them again a few weeks later asking about the status of my order and still go no reply. I e-mailed them AGAIN, a few weeks later (at this point it had been 2 months since my initial order) and they FINALLY e-mailed me back. In the e-mail they claimed that they they had "recently migrated our site and we encountered some problems in our system that prevented our orders from being processed correctly." They managed to be able to take my money quite efficiently but cannot process the orders? They did refund me for the shipping costs (about $2) which did show up on my bank statement and in the e-mail they said they would be processing these orders in the next 7 days. Another whole month goes by and nothing. So I e-mailed them again. At this point it had been 3 months since my initial purchase and at this point it seems clear they are not sending me my product so I ask for a refund. No reply, no refund. 2 weeks after that I got an e-mail that my order had finally shipped. That was over 2 weeks ago and my product has yet to show up and there is not tracking information which leads me to believe that they didn't actually send it. It has now been 4 months since I have ordered my product. I have e-mailed them at least 4-5 times and they only replied to one. This is just plain ridiculous.

**UPDATE: I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and within 4 days TeeFury refunded me my money. In their response to the BBB they said "our customer service response time is significantly delayed due to a high volume of received tickets." Except they wouldn't have such an influx of tickets if they actually sent out their product? Also, they did admit that their response time is significantly delayed but the fact that they only replied to me once in a span of 4 months is beyond ridiculous. I am glad that after months of asking them for a refund they finally refunded me, it's just a shame that I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved in order for a refund to happen. It seems like a lot of other people on this website are having similar problems so if you want a refund I strongly urge you to file a complaint with the BBB, TeeFury clearly responded to that method. I have no plans to buy from this company in the future. They have just stopped sending out their product and refuse to respond to complaints from people who just want to know where their product is. Terrible business practice.
